Job Description:

• - Experience: 3-5 years in SaaS products Education
• The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients or strategic partners. Provide insights and feedback to improve products/services based on market demands.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance business development strategies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's value proposition.
• Continuously assess and refine the business development approach based on market feedback and evolving business needs.

Work with Executives to identify Client needs

- - Interaction with Sales Team to engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities

- Must be excellent in verbal and written communication

- Must be detail oriented in work and focused on results

- Ensure to take appropriate steps to resolve customer's problems

- Audit work orders for accuracy and make corrections if required

Roles and responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. 
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align customer support strategies with overall business goals. Share customer insights to enhance marketing campaigns.
• Synthesize this information into compelling content that addresses customer queries and concerns.
• Effectively convey insights, recommendations, and strategies to both internal teams and clients with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of functions, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and communicating insights in a comprehensible way.
• Design and format presentations to ensure consistency and coherence in messaging.
• Craft compelling and professional presentations using PowerPoint, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using Excel.
• Create insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Excel functions and pivot tables.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI marketing tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
• Basic understanding of business processes and operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

LiteStore is seeking a dynamic and driven Management Trainee to join our passionate team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the company's founders, contributing to the strategic initiatives that drive LiteStore's growth and success. As a Management Intern, you will gain invaluable insights into the world of innovative retail, D2C brands, digital-to-physical brand transitions, and building strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate directly with LiteStore's Strategic Initiatives Team to support their day-to-day activities and strategic priorities.
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitor landscape, and potential growth opportunities to inform decision-making.
3. Assist in preparing and refining presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and strategic planning discussions.
5. Help coordinate and manage special projects, events, and initiatives that align with LiteStore's vision and goals.
6. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Projects, Operations, Finance and Business Development, to drive efficient and effective execution of key projects.
7. Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling communication on behalf of the Team.
8. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and high-level interactions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong passion for entrepreneurship, retail innovation, and the startup ecosystem.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
• Prior internship experience in a startup, entrepreneurship, or business-related role is a plus.

• As a Manager- Business Analysis- you would be working on key problem statements to achieve given business objectives.
• As a Manager- Analyst, you will build the framework for the company’s top metrics related to sales, conversion funnels, inventory related, customer experience metrics and other input/output parameters, seller/ brand-related metrics to monitor business performance.
• Work with internal clients and provide timely solutions to both new initiatives and business as usual requests.
• Ability to conceptualize the best metrics for various problem statements to help business stakeholders achieve their objectives.

Must Haves:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in analytics.
• Should be great at SQL and Excel.
• Should be conversant with R or Python.
• Should have experience in analytics tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI, Periscope.
• A First-principles thinker Has the ability to get to the root of problems and come up with logical, practical, and effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.

Nice To Have:

• Prior experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Experience in modeling and ML for various e-commerce use cases such as building recommendation models.
• A good understanding of databases and servers.
