Mandatory skills : Core java, Microservices, AWS/Azure/GCP, Spring, Spring Boot

Hands on experience on : Kafka , Redis ,SQL, Docker, Kubernetes

Expert proficiency in designing both producer and consumer types of Rest services.

Expert proficiency in Unit testing and Code Quality tools.

Expert proficiency in ensuring code coverage.

Expert proficiency in understanding High-Level Design and translating that to Low-Level design

Hands-on experience working with no-SQL databases.

Experience working in an Agile development process - Scrum.

Experience working closely with engineers and software cultures.

Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and customer journeys.

Ability to produce low level design considering the paradigm that journeys will be extensible in the future and translate that into components that can be easily extended and reused.

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.

• 7+ years of experience as software engineer.
• Experience in Dot.Net technologies - Asp.Net MVC, WebAPI, .NetCore
• Experience in ORM like Entity Framework /Dapper
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and SOLID principles
• Experience with Unit Testing, Mocking and Dependency Injection frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL or other database technology
• Experience with software quality, testing procedures and build automation tools
• Knowledge of the Principles & Patterns of Agile Software
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing code and maintain existing systems.
• Ability to identity performance bottlenecks.
• Experience working with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools.

Oddr is looking for an experienced senior backend engineer to help us build scalable multi-tenanted enterprise Cloud applications. The ideal candidate should be able to bring new ideas to the table and design and develop distributed microservices with a strong emphasis on security, resiliency, scalability, performance, and quality. As a senior engineer, the candidate should be able and willing to mentor and guide fellow team members on best practices like code styling, efficiency, and testability as the team scales and grows. The candidate should demonstrate leadership qualities, be a self-motivated team player, and take pride in what they deliver.

The candidate should be interested in a long-term stable career to grow with our company. The candidate will need to work late night hours because of the geographic distribution of the team.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#
• Strong understanding of Cloud development concepts, including CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with successful end-to-end delivery of web applications in the Cloud. Azure knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience with API-driven development and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design and writing complex SQL
• Familiarity with Reactive Programming concepts
• Ability to write clean, well-structured code with adequate test coverage, proper abstraction, and reusability
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage priorities, and take responsibility for delivering to time and quality requirements
• Good understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Minimum qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institute. Master's preferred.
• 5 years of experience. 7 years preferred.

• Strong experience in C# programming.
• Good knowledge in designing classes and components using the OOPs paradigm.
• Fair knowledge of GoF Design Patterns.
• Good experience in applications developed using both .NET Framework and .NET Core
• Proficiency in using third-party tools like DevExpress/Infragistics.
• Solid understanding of Web application development using ASP.NET MVC framework and ASP.NET Core
• Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs using both ASP.NET Web API and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Must have knowledge in developing ASP.NET WebForms.
• Decent exposure in developing Windows Applications/WPF applications.
• Professional, precise communication skills
• Work experience writing Unit tests
• Work experience in applying the best practices of Web Application development
• Working experience in an Agile team especially with SCRUM
• Good to have experience in JavaScript frameworks, primarily on Angular and React
• Good to have experience in JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML Following Skills will be an added advantage
• Experience developing Windows Forms Applications
• Knowledge of using third-party tools like DevExpress
• Experience in Angular front-end framework
