About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Client Support / Technical Support Engineer (Integration) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid background in API integrations, Integration Kits, and technologies such as Java, PHP, or Android.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth implementation, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the integration process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and integration assistance to clients via email, calls, or ticketing systems.
Assist clients in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting API / SDK / Integration Kits.
Collaborate with internal development and product teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Analyze logs, debug issues, and replicate customer scenarios to identify root causes.
Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Ensure timely and professional resolution of client queries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Work cross-functionally to support client onboarding, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Support, Technical Support, or Integration Support roles.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Java, PHP, or Android.
Strong understanding of API integrations, SDKs, and web technologies (REST / JSON).
Familiarity with Integration Kits or middleware solutions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the Payment Gateway..
Knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Postman, API testing, and log analysis tools.
