Job Description
● Be the Lead Designer for a set of HomeLane customers, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization.
● Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best design solution for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing.
● Focus on, prioritise and execute multiple design projects.
● Analyse sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfaction.
● Work on weekends : Ours is a weekend business and as a Design Relationship Manager, you will have to work all weekends except one weekend, per month. You will be able to compensate for this during the week. We run a 6-day week.

Desired Education, Skills & Experience
● Minimum - 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution.
● Minimum 3 years of work experience.
● Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site).
● Must be customer-centric in providing solutions - proposed designs should be highly functional and great on aesthetics, still keeping in mind the customer’s budget.
● Exposure to residential projects is mandatory.
● Sketchup software knowledge.
● Ability to provide beautiful designs to customers.
● Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing. Communication in English mandatory and the local language is also desirable.
● Understands back end processes (Production and Costing).
● Empathy towards customer needs-lifestyle and budget.
● Responsible (delivers on his/her commitments to the customer/team).
● Team Working skills - Needs to be able to work on projects with multiple stakeholders and so needs to be able to multitask.
● Basic Technology skills and ability to learn usage of software products.
● Aware of the competitive landscape in the city.
● Work location will be a showroom.
● Saturdays & Sundays will be working.
● Mondays will be weekly off.

 Proficiency in Oops Concepts and C# (Professional)
 ASP.NET MVC | ASP.NET Core | EF Core | MVC applications (Advanced)
 Entity Framework | ADO.NET (Moderate)
 Proficient knowledge in MSSQL | PostgreSQL | Oracle | LINQ | Couch base (Moderate)
 Database design including indexes and data integrity
 Dependency injection , IoC containers using: Autofac , Handlers,
 Understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS
 Client side framework jQuery | Typescript| Angular 3.*+ (Moderate)
 Knowledge in micro services architecture using service brokers would be an added advantage
 Knowledge of cybersecurity aspects on application development would be added advantage
 Should be able to identify application performance bottleneck and solve / recommend solutions
 Develop, perform unit testing
 Working knowledge on source control GIT Lab
 Project management using JIRA

1. Work on the lead generation which includes researching (names, designations, emails, and contact
info) high-level executives to support our sales and marketing team and using MS Excel for data entry
2. Work on quick and efficient internet research to find value leads
3. Work on liaisoning with the marketing team
4. Work on data aggregation and data cleaning
5. Work on data validation and data extraction

• To exceed sales and acquisition targets through proactive client communications.
• Prospecting and developing new business by spotting new opportunities to establish rapid growth within the market place.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. • Planning and preparing presentations.
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
• Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods

What essential skills you need 8-10 years’ experience in front end JavaScript development. Advanced understanding of modern web technologies, JavaScript unit testing framework, excellent design thinking, attention to pixel-perfect detail to turn concepts and sketches into a great user experience. Deep understanding of the architectural concepts of CSS & JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, React, Backbone, Angular, NodeJS, Bootstrap, Foundation UI. Architect solutions to build high-quality, scalable, reusable cutting-edge user experiences and front-end libraries using object-oriented design principles, create apps that solve the problem by writing good, readable & maintainable code. Framework agnostic, progressive web frameworks, test-first development approach, leveraging unit test and test automation tool. User journey mapping, key pain points, different touch points in the digital space, build front-end applications through prototyping to identify, quantify, debug and remove performance bottlenecks. Demonstrated ability to analyze business/functional requirements, develop well-structured, maintainable code, delivered on time.  We are an XP/Agile development team. Experience with e-commerce, retail, analytics, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
