Role Scope: We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to join our Technology team. As a full-stack developer, you will work closely with our Design, Product, and Technical Architectural members to develop features, migrate existing environments to a better

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

● A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

● Strong programming skills in PHP

● Hands-on expertise in building reusable components and independently publishable

packages

● Strong experience in WordPress, LearnDash, HTML, Typescript/Javascript and CSS

frameworks

● Practitioner of IaC (AWS), CI/CD, Containerization(Docker), Accessibility, Server Side

Rendering, Pre-rendering, Serverless and Agile

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)

• Proven work experience as a Mobile development(Android/IOS)

You will be our first marketing hire, and will be responsible for laying the foundation of our marketing DNA described above.

• Conceptualize from scratch our multi pronged marketing strategy - SEO (blog, newsletter), social media (linkedin, twitter), community, education (webinars, podcasts), partnerships etc
• Understand our user/buyer persona, empathize with them, conceptualize relevant content topics, and work with content writers to push high quality content on various platforms
• Identify the right keywords for Zenskar to optimize on - both head, and long tail
• Iterate to figure out the correct tone for our social media communication, and build relevant audience on social platforms
• Reach out to industry influencers, collaborate with them and organize webinars, podcasts etc with the intent to establish Zenskar as an authority in the industry
• Create a vibrant community of our user and buyer persona, with the intent to help solve the problems they face on a daily basis
• Hire as the team grows and mentor junior folks

• Design and develop innovative, company impacting products and services to support infrastructure operations
• Design, develop and implement object-oriented PHP applications from prototype through implementation
• Integrate open source and commercial enterprise applications into an exposed API and web-based portal
• Create highly scalable and performant REST/SOAP web services
• Keep focus on end users and goals all through the development process
• Work closely with product management and stakeholders to ensure applications meet needs and expectations
• Adhere to the highest levels of technical discipline and excellence to set a standard for the larger development organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or comparable extra work experience
• Solid experience with SQL and relation databases
• Solid experience with Object Oriented Design and Development
• Experience Developing API Interfaces
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git

Beneficial Skills

• Experience with non-relational data stores such as ZooKeeper or Memcache

Opportunity

Work on improving the flows and overall architecture of the core product at OneCard and OneScore. 

What you will do:

• Execute all product design flows and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original mobile design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Create seamless navigation flows and architecture to improve discoverability, engagement and conversions. 
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Product Designer. Must have worked on digital products. Familiar with user research practices. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable Product design skills with a strong portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator and Figma is a must.
• Design eye-catching mobile app experiences for our app experiences.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Be able to work in a cross-functional team as well as independently solve UX-related problems.
• Up-to-date with the latest Mobile app trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Visual Arts is a plus.

· Drive customer engagement, understand changing business needs and understand the existing customer technology landscape.
