• Key Responsibilities:Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media, ads, presentations, websites, print materials, and more.

• Assist in maintaining consistency of brand guidelines across all visual communications.
• Take feedback constructively and make design revisions accordingly.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile design work (academic or freelance projects are acceptable).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take creative initiatives.

The Client Servicing Executive will act as a key link between the clients and the internal digital marketing team. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their marketing requirements, coordinating project deliverables, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, and maintaining smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with editors to create visually striking thumbnails and short-form content from podcast episodes.
• Develop and manage a strategic content calendar to optimize reach and engagement on Instagram and YouTube.
• Create engaging street interview content that aligns with our brand's voice.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
• Stay updated with social media trends, particularly for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content formats.

Requirements:

• You have prior experience developing and working on consumer-facing web/app products.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript. Exceptions can be made if you’re really good at any other language with experience in building web/app-based tech products.
• Expertise in Node.JS and Experience in at least one of the following frameworks - Express.js, Koa.js, Socket.io.
• Good knowledge of async programming using Callbacks, Promises, and Async/Await.
• Hands-on experience with Frontend codebases using HTML, CSS, and AJAX
• Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, MySQL.
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.
• You've worked with AWS services in the past and have experience with EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, CloudFront, S3.

• You might not have experience with all the tools that we use but you can learn those given the guidance and resources.
• Experience in Vue.js would be a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? 

● 3+ year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting 

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments) 

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity 

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills 

● Experience in handling multiple vendors. 

● Great interpersonal and communication skills 

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field
