What Work You’ll Do

• Build interfaces for the invisible magic — help users see, control, and trust AI systems.

• You’ll ship experiences, not just screens — what you build will shape how enterprises interact with AI.
• Build the front-end experience for our agentic systems — dashboards that visualize complex AI workflows, outputs, and performance metrics in real time.
• Design and develop full-stack applications using React and Node.js, integrating deeply with our internal APIs and event-driven backend systems.
• Implement live updates and collaboration using WebSockets and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Own features end-to-end — from wireframe to deployed product, including testing, performance, and UX refinement.

What Skills You Should Have

• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, context, component architecture, state management).
• Expertise in Node.js and RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience building data-heavy dashboards — charts, tables, and visual analytics.
• Knowledge of WebSockets, real-time data streams, and asynchronous front-end updates.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization.
• Strong grasp of authentication, routing, and session management in web apps.
• Experience working with modern build tools — Vite, Webpack, or similar.

• Built and shipped production-grade dashboards or web applications with real-time or data-intensive features.
• Designed and implemented REST APIs and consumed them efficiently in front-end systems.

HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll)

We are seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) to join our HR team. This role will focus on 70% recruitment activities and 30% payroll & HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative methods.
• Conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employment documentation.
• Drive campus recruitment initiatives and build strong university relationships.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.

Payroll & HR Operations

• Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee database and generate MIS reports.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
• Prior exposure to IT/Tech hiring and payroll software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities 

Product & UI/UX Design: 

• Own end-to-end design of product experiences - flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI, 

• Create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms. 

• Work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to bring features from idea to launch. Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and component library.

Brand Identity & Visual Design: Define and refine companie’s visual identity - logos, colors, typography, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including product, web, and marketing.

Marketing Collateral: Design assets for social media, performance ads, email campaigns, blog illustrations, and investor decks.

Requirements: 

• Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and visual storytelling. 

• Education: Degree in design, visual communication, or a related field. 

• Design Foundations: Solid grasp of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and accessibility. 

• Tools: Proficient in Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.) and Framer (optional) 

• Prior experience in financial products or complex dashboards is a strong plus. 

• Self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work methodically in a fast-paced environment.
