Marketing Head (CMO)

As a Business Development Associate at Codemonk, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, qualify and reach-out potential clients through various channels including cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
4. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
5. Work closely with Tech teams to develop project pitches, estimations, and formal proposals.
6. Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in CRM systems like HubSpot.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set client expectations and ensure seamless communication between technical teams and clients.
8. Lead the end-to-end process from initiation to closure of deals, including communication and follow-up with leads via email, phone, virtual, and face-to-face meetings.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the IT consulting or software services industry.
• Proven track record of lead generation and conversion, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong technical acumen, with familiarity in IT consulting and software services.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, documentation, and negotiation processes is highly desirable.

Required Skills:

· Experience in implementing Object-Oriented Python, Django.

· Good understanding on Django ORM.

· Experienced in interfacing with *third party API’s using REST

· Worked with varieties of Relational Databases (RDBMS) like SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

· Experience in Version Control with Git and Bitbucket.

· Experience with JIRA the development progress and tracking deadlines of the project

• Develops code in C# and front-end technologies like Angular and React.
• Can test own code using unit testing framework.

Responsibilities:

●       Studying, transforming, and converting data science prototypes

●       Deploying models to production

●       Training and retraining models as needed

●       Knowledge of Big Data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, Flume, etc

●       Experience in working with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV

●       Strong written and verbal communications

●       Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

●       Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets

●       Familiarity with Linux

●       Ability to select hardware to run an ML model with the required latency

●       Robust data modelling and data architecture skills.

F5 is looking for a Principal Software Engineer with experience in building FIPS-ready cryptography-based security solutions at scale. You will participate in the design and implementation of F5’s Edge Computing platform that is used to deploy global, scalable and secure applications. Your work includes, but not limited to, design, implementation, deployment, operational management, and debugging of security services of F5’s platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and business leaders to understand the requirements for providing FIPS-ready cryptography-based security services for F5’s platform, design solutions, and implement them
• You will develop software for identity related security foundations of Volterra platform - Identity Management, Key Management, Secure Bootstrapping, Authentication, Authorization, Secrets Management, etc.
• You will perform necessary compliance tasks – including building and executing the test suites – required for making systems and libraries ready for FIPS
