Job Description: Tech Prescient is looking for an experienced and proven Technical Lead (Python/Flask/FastAPI/React/AWS/Azure Cloud) who has worked on the modern full stack to deliver software products and solutions. He/She should have experience in leading from the front, handling customer situations, internal teams, anchoring project communications and delivering outstanding work experience to our customers. 

In specific, below are some of the must-have skills and experiences to fulfill the job requirements - 

1. 8+ years of relevant software design and development experience building cloud native applications using Python and JavaScript stack.
2. Thorough understanding of deploying to at least one of the Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Knowledge of Kubernetes is an added advantage.
3. Experience with Microservices architecture and server less deployments 
4. Well-versed with RESTful services and building scalable API architectures using any of the Python frameworks. 
5. Hands-on with Frontend technologies using either Angular or React
6. Experience managing distributed delivery teams, tech leadership, ideating with the customer leadership, design discussions and code reviews to deliver quality software products
7. Good attitude and passion to learn new technologies on the job. 
8. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to lead the internal team as well as customer communication (email/calls) 
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

About the Position:

The Professional Services Consultant will be a technical consultant accountable for gathering customer requirements, delivering best practice, and executing customer implementation projects while driving new revenue through identifying new opportunities and user adoption. The position also requires providing technical guidance and sharing best practices with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the technical implementation of projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte solutions
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams such as Engineering, Product Management and Technical Support to solve technical problems and propose new feature development
• Engage multiple constituents at the customer organization – Business users and IT
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
• Communicate professionally and succinctly and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Qualifications:

• Strong software programming skills that cover four or more of the following areas:
• Experience with various Integrated Development environments (IDE)
• Experience with software repositories
• Programming experience (Python, Javascript, SQL, Bash, PowerShell preferred)

• Desktop App Development
• Strong application development skills
• Use of SDK platform tools for API integration
• Prior experience developing and implementing Enterprise software or supporting Enterprise applications in technical capacity for a SaaS environment
