Job Title: AI Engineer

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with minimum 4 years of experience to join our team with industrial knowledge of front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js),backend engineering, cloud deployment and strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and other AI-driven use cases.
• Integrate ML models into production-ready web and mobile applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Build APIs and microservices for model serving, monitoring, and scaling.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML workflows, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement AI-powered features such as chatbots, personalization engines, predictive analytics, or automation systems.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data preprocessing workflows, and feature engineering processes.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn); familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API is a plus.
• Experience in model deployment, serving, and optimization (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Node.js).
• Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices: model versioning, monitoring, retraining, experiment tracking.

1. Proficiency in Python 3.x based web and backend development

2. Solid understanding of Python concepts

3. Experience with some form of Machine Learning (ML)

4. Experience in using libraries such as Numpy and Pandas

5. Some form of experience with NLP and Deep Learning using any of Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-learn or similar

6. Hands on experience with RDBMS such as Postgres or MySQL

7. Experience building REST APIs using DRF or Flask

8. Comfort with Git repositories, branching and deployment using Git

9. Working experience with Docker

10. Basic working knowledge of ReactJs

11. Experience in deploying Django applications to AWS,Digital Ocean or Heroku

• Define and document detailed requirements detailing market opportunities and associated technical integrations in collaboration with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders with ISVs and strategic partners.
• Drive product execution across a large set of engineers, product designers, and product managers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on company Platform collaterals and sales tools such as articles, datasheets, white papers, blogs, how-to videos, demos, etc.
• Conduct usability testing interviews to gather feedback on Product integration prototypes.
• Identify market opportunities and conduct customer/user research interviews in conjunction with lead Product Managers.
• Deliver product management analysis, including market requirements, and customer experience artifacts.
• Develop a deep understanding of the RDBMS competitive market landscape and product analysis.
• Own the roadmap of active and future projects and maintain the backlog of features and priorities.
• Be outcome and KPI drove to achieve growth of your products and take the right actions accordingly.
• Work with the engineering and product team to ensure proper investment and execution in support of your strategy.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control.

Requirements:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role, with at least 3 years of those in a product management role.
• Have experience defining a roadmap and managing incremental execution through successful launches.
• Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
• Thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of a fast-moving startup. That means flexibility as well as dealing with ambiguity.
• Experience working across organizations with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Engineering, and Design.
• 2+ years experience in data infrastructure or related IaaS products and/or services; AWS and/or Google Cloud background preferred.
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and data-driven product decision-making mindset.
• Experience with product management planning and design tools - Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, AHA!

Nice to have:

• Strong proficiency in the big data ecosystem e.g. Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Technically savvy and experienced with the cloud, APIs, enterprise software.
• Worked on data platforms or streaming applications.
