Consultant – Data Entry / Admin Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Manage calls and queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Requirements and skills

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Admin Executive
• Proficient in using MS Excel skills
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Excellent written and oral Communication skills
• Basic Graduation - Additional computer training or certification will be an asset

3. Basic skill set required is mentioned below –

1. Candidate should be ready for face to face round of interview for bangalore location
2. First round be virtual round then after that other 2 rounds will be face to face from office.

Task:

• Design, implement and maintain Java application phases
• To take part in software and architectural development activities
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging
• Identifying production and non-production application issues
• Transforming requirements into stipulations
• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software
• Recommend changes to improve established Java application processes
• Develop technical designs for application development
• Develop application code for Java programs

  • Domain-driven design
  • Experience with NoSQL technologies: Casandra, Mongo DB
  • Experience with agile development practices (Eg Scrum) and continuous integration environment
  • A J2EE application and web containers such as GlassFish, Jetty, Tomcat
  • CMMi-5 level process experience advantage

Position Description

Title: Senior Service Engineer – North Region, India.

Reports to: P. Balasubramanian- National Manager – Services & Parts - India & South Asia

This role (Sr. Service Engineer) provides after sales support to north and east region customers located in Delhi/Punjab/Rajasthan/West Bengal and other north east cities.

In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:

1. MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• Commissioning of Pumps and Controls in western region

• To work closely with Regional sales team and provide efficient after sales support

1. 2^ND MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• Provide timely warranty service support to all customers in the region

• Co ordinate with factory Quality team and give feed back about field failures

1. 3^RD MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• To achieve Service delivery targets given for the financial year.

• Work closely with all regional Reps to plan & achieve the service delivery objectives & Goals.

1. 4^TH MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY

• Participate in all the training programs conducted in factory and through online portal

• Train all regional rep engineers for all products and latest upgrades periodically

1. 5^TH MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY

• Co ordinate with all regional OEM’s engineers like Danfoss/HM/Tornatech/Clarke/Carel/Honeywell etc. to get timely service support

• Provide feedback on field failures to all OEM team members for corrective action.

• University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering

• 5– 7 years of Field service hands on experience working in HVAC/Pump/Building Automation industries

• Demonstrated knowledge of Pumps and Controls in HVAC & Fire applications

• Should have hands on experience in Electronics control panels in HVAC/Building Automation industries.

• Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)

• Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well thought-out recommendations.

• Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.

• Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.

• Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations

React Native

 Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in React Native

- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.

- Integrate third-party APIs

- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms

- Experience with code optimization and performance improvements

- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.

- Knowledge in creating and publishing APK file to both play store and app store is added advantage

- Efficiency to take ownership over the assigned project

- Excellent leadership quality and positive attitude to reach the business objective

- Effective performance with high quality (bug free) output and on time delivery to meet the deadlines.
