Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build/search/display/video campaigns from scratch.
- Audit accounts to find wasted spend and hidden opportunities.

Performance Tuning
- Weekly bid adjustments, budget reallocations, and negative keyword scrubs.
- Set up real-time alerts to flag CTR drops or budget overages.
- A/B test ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies relentlessly.
Client Collaboration
- Present results that make CFOs nod (not snooze).
- Partner with LinkedIn specialists to unify cross-platform messaging.

Must-Haves
- 2-3 years in an agency managing Google Ads (B2B SaaS experience required).
- Certified in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
- Proven skill in scaling budgets from $10k–$100k+/month.

Communications Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and bringing out quarterly newsletter, case study booklets, annual report
- Create and draft News releases, articles, editorials, publications, and Case Studies, Testimonials & other written communication products.
- Manage the organization's social media presence and develop engaging content to increase visibility and engagement.
- Provide support to team members on effective communication practices.
- Ensure that all communication materials adhere to the organization's brand and messaging guidelines.

- Experience building pixel-perfect, robust and, accessible user interfaces on the web
- Experience in Single Page Application architecture
- Proficient in at least one JavaScript framework like Angular, React or equivalent
- Experience with CSS3 and Less/ Sass (ability to write mixins, partials, functions, etc) and usage in large scale applications
- Experience in web analytics, accessibility, standards, and SEO techniques
- Expertise in front-end design and JavaScript libraries such as AngularJS, ReactJS and jQuery.
- Passion for building a rich and innovative user experience
- Strong computer science fundamentals in design, data structures, and problem solving
