About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager – B2B for the EdTech & Corporate Learning domain, responsible for driving large-scale enterprise training deals across KSA and Dubai markets. This role demands CXO-level engagement, solution selling expertise, strong lead mining capability, and proven experience in RFQ / RFI driven enterprise deal closures.
The candidate will own end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, solution consulting, commercial negotiation, and contract closure for high-value learning & LMS-based digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive enterprise B2B revenue growth across KSA & Dubai markets for corporate training, certification programs, and LMS platforms.
- Manage large deal pipelines and close high-ticket multi-year contracts.
- Achieve quarterly & annual sales targets aligned with business growth plans.
RFQ, RFI & Enterprise Procurement Handling
- Own and manage RFI (Request for Information) & RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
- Prepare enterprise-grade proposals, technical submissions, and commercial bids.
- Work closely with delivery, product, and solution teams for customized enterprise proposals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and final deal closure.
CXO & Senior Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with CXOs, CHROs, CLOs, L&D Heads, HR Directors, and Procurement Heads.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients.
- Conduct executive presentations, solution workshops, and boardroom negotiations.
- Influence strategic learning transformation decisions.
Lead Generation & Lead Mining
- Build a strong enterprise pipeline using lead mining tools and prospecting platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Hunter, Seamless.ai, or similar tools.
- Design account-based selling (ABS) & outbound prospecting strategies for GCC markets.
- Develop C-level contact mapping & multi-stakeholder buying group engagement.
Solution Selling – LMS & Learning Platforms
- Sell LMS / LXP platforms, digital learning ecosystems, certification programs, and enterprise learning solutions.
- Perform learning needs analysis, solution consulting, and learning architecture design.
- Position ROI-based learning solutions aligned with business transformation goals.
- Lead product demos, solution walkthroughs, and enterprise workshops.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
Additional Job requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
- BS in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
- Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
