Job Title: LinkedIn Growth & Content Strategist

Location: Work from Office / Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Growth & Content Strategist who can take ownership of building our brand presence on LinkedIn through high-quality content, storytelling, and audience engagement. This role involves both strategy and execution, with a strong focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy aligned with business goals
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar (posts, carousels, videos)
• Create engaging, high-quality content focused on branding, storytelling, and value creation
• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn page and leadership profiles
• Drive organic growth, reach, and engagement on LinkedIn
• Analyze performance metrics (impressions, engagement, followers) and optimize strategy
• Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and best practices

Content & Podcast Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop content themes and campaigns
• Plan and execute podcast content (topics, scripting, guest coordination)
• Repurpose podcast content into LinkedIn posts, clips, and short-form videos
• Work with designers/editors for content production

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in LinkedIn/content marketing or social media growth
• Strong understanding of personal branding and B2B content
• Proven ability to grow LinkedIn pages or personal profiles
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and content structuring skills
• Basic understanding of tools like Canva, video editing tools, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience in podcast creation or video content
• Worked in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Understanding of content funnels and audience psychology

Job responsibilities

• You will learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns

• You will create large-scale distributed systems out of microservices
• You will collaborate with a variety of teammates to build features, design concepts and interactive prototypes and ensure best practices and UX specifications are embedded along the way.

• You will efficiently utilize DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software, advocating devops culture and shifting security left in development

Job qualifications:

Technical Skills

• You have experience using one or more development languages (Java, Nodejs, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
• You are comfortable with Agile methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• You have a good awareness of TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

Professional Skills

• You enjoy influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed
• Presence in the external tech community: you willingly share your expertise with others via speaking engagements, contributions to open source, blogs and more
• You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years development experience
• Solid Experience and knowledge of

• Coding and debugging using Object Oriented languages like Java, C++, Go or similar languages.
• Database design, Query optimizations, pitfalls (both SQL, NoSQL)
• Developing Scalable, distributed systems and patterns
• Developing REST and/or GraphQL based APIs
• Writing and driving Clean code in a team (via SOLID principles).
• Knowledge of writing unit tests

• Serve as a technical lead for the team
• Mentor team members

MUST-HAVES

• Fluent in one Indian language (two languages is a significant plus)
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in visual communication or a related field or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (video editing skills are a significant plus)
