Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Finance & Accounts with a strong background in core accounting and hands-on exposure to multiple US-based projects within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills, managerial expertise, and a strong understanding of international finance operations. This is a full-time, work-from-office role with night shift requirements aligned to US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end finance & accounting operations for US-based clients/projects.
  • Supervise and guide a team handling AP, AR, GL, Reconciliations, Month-End Close, P&L, and Balance Sheet activities.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with onshore clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving strategies across projects.
  • Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
