Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Finance & Accounts with a strong background in core accounting and hands-on exposure to multiple US-based projects within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills, managerial expertise, and a strong understanding of international finance operations. This is a full-time, work-from-office role with night shift requirements aligned to US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end finance & accounting operations for US-based clients/projects.
- Supervise and guide a team handling AP, AR, GL, Reconciliations, Month-End Close, P&L, and Balance Sheet activities.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
- Maintain strong communication with onshore clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle escalations, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
- Implement process improvements and cost-saving strategies across projects.
- Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Provide timely and accurate MIS reports and financial analysis to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of total experience with 4–5 years in US International BPO Finance & Accounting operations.
- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and US financial standards.
- Proven track record in managing multiple US projects/accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – must be able to liaise with international clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling capabilities.
Work Location & Transport:
- Work from Office is mandatory.
