Job Summary:
TechGrit India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive with 7+ years of experience to join our team. This is an immediate requirement. Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility in the IT services domain.
Design internal and external branding campaigns that align with the company's vision and values while also targeting both B2B and B2C segments to support business objectives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints (website, social media (Linkedln,
YouTube), events, etc.).
Marketing & Communication:
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and agencies to produce engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and promotional videos, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
Lead initiatives to showcase the company's expertise through blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles.
Events & Webinars:
Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, such as Linkedln live webinars, Zoom meetings, client meets, and industry expos.
Develop themes, identify speakers, and manage end-to-end promotion of events to ensure high engagement.
Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms (Linkedln, Zoom, Email Marketing Platform, Google, etc.).
Track metrics like CTR, Conversions, and ROI to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive demand generation and nurture leads via email marketing and CRM tools.
Must be able to boost the performance of the posts on Linkedln and other social media channels.
Must have knowledge of SEO Market Research & Strategy:
Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine marketing plans.
Identify new channels to promote IT services and expand the company's reach in target geographies.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Design, Technical Team Stake Holders etc.) to align marketing goals with organizational objectives.
Support HR in employer branding and engagement initiatives to attract top talent.

Tools Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Linkedln Campaign Manager, and other marketing platforms for tracking, evaluating, and refining strategies.
Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience in Video Production and Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Data Analytics, and Technical SEO problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience in marketing within the software services industry.

As a QA Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality review of various applications, that includes creating test plans and strategy, test cases (in partnership with developers, business analysts and project managers) which are used to shape and verify code and check conformance to system requirements.
The role will define QA coding standards and frameworks, identify emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to the organization’s business goals

Reporting to the Director, Global Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and adoption of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution to promote demand generation across the business in assigned markets.
