
Job Description — Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Hyderabad (Remote)
Job Summary:
TechGrit India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive with 7+ years of experience to join our team. This is an immediate requirement. The role will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring that best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility in the IT services domain.
Design internal and external branding campaigns that align with the company's vision and values while also targeting both B2B and B2C segments to support business objectives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints (website, social media (Linkedln,
YouTube), events, etc.).
Marketing & Communication:
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and agencies to produce engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and promotional videos, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
Lead initiatives to showcase the company's expertise through blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles.
Events & Webinars:
Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, such as Linkedln live webinars, Zoom meetings, client meets, and industry expos.
Develop themes, identify speakers, and manage end-to-end promotion of events to ensure high engagement.
Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms (Linkedln, Zoom, Email Marketing Platform, Google, etc.).
Track metrics like CTR, Conversions, and ROI to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive demand generation and nurture leads via email marketing and CRM tools.
Must be able to boost the performance of the posts on Linkedln and other social media channels.
Must have knowledge of SEO Market Research & Strategy:
Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine marketing plans.
Identify new channels to promote IT services and expand the company's reach in target geographies.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Design, Technical Team Stake Holders etc.) to align marketing goals with organizational objectives.
Support HR in employer branding and engagement initiatives to attract top talent.
Required Skills:
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of digital marketing tools and techniques, including campaign management, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making to maximize marketing impact.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Leadership Qualities: Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration, and driving results in a dynamic environment

Creativity: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement.
AI Tools Familiarity and Passion: Proficiency in leveraging Al-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and analytics platforms to enhance marketing efficiency, personalize campaigns, and optimize performance. A genuine passion for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape is essential.
Tools Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Linkedln Campaign Manager, and other marketing platforms for tracking, evaluating, and refining strategies.
Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience in Video Production and Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Data Analytics, and Technical SEO problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience in marketing within the software services industry.

Java Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java frameworks and extensions, persistence frameworks, servers, platforms, clouds, databases, data storage, and QA tools. The candidate should also have experience working with Angular, React, or Vue.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications for our clients. Mandatory Skill Sets:
Java frameworks and extensions: You should be proficient in building enterprise-grade applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.

Call Reception and Ticket Logging: Responsible for:
- Ensuring calls are answered professionally

Escalation Management: Responsible for: - Ensuring that the ticket is escalated appropriately in line with Company’s escalation process
- Provide 1st line escalation to customers and channels (referring to Jeopardy and Escalation Manager)
- Provide 1st line escalation into TPM (referring to Jeopardy and Escalation Manager)
- Responsible for advising Service Centre Manager of any missing information in the knowledge database
Communication Responsible for: - Customer Communication
- Ensuring that the customer is updated regularly throughout the duration of the ticket
- Ensuring the quality of ticket input is of a high standard
- Ensuring that key internal contacts are advised of any issues
- Responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with Company’s Information Security policies.
FORMAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Educated to an A-level minimum, with higher education qualification (degree or equivalent preferred). Alternatively, relevant and proven Industry experience would be accepted
- Industry or relevant business qualifications and accreditations would be desirable
- Proficiency involved in working in the service industry, with particular emphasis placed on customer focus issues.
- Ability to form close working relationships with the customer community, sub-contractors
