e. Consolidated success Report /PPT for internal stakeholders
5) CRM/Account Management:
a. Presales Support for New Business Development
b. Participation & representation of Digitally Next in PR centric activities , forum and Seminars as and when required.
c. Initiate and Manage Key Account Management for cross selling opportunities to present clients
d. To be a think tank to the management by providing the required Market Intelligence and Business Intelligence related to IoT/Digital/Social Media.
6) Project Management Tools & Automation:
a. Updating and Managing Knowledge Management repository
b. Effective implementation and use of social media Tools(if any)
c. Keeping and custodian of Clients and BFGs usernames and passwords list
d. Creating and upkeep of Process Manual with SLAs

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product & customer success to own the pipeline.
Requirements
- Own, develop and execute end-to-end campaigns that engage and convert prospective buyers with a focus on developers and marketers within specific verticals.
- Create and oversee impactful and engaging content, targeted competition displacement campaigns and ABM campaigns.
- Work closely with product development, product marketing & customer success teams, to design and implement campaigns that deliver on business objectives.
- Design & execute campaigns that drive pipeline and generate opportunities using PLG motion.
- Understand the buyer’s journey at each stage of the Sales funnel and translate messaging and positioning into effective campaigns.
- Keep track of MQL-SQL-SAL conversion rates, analyze campaign performance, surface insights and provide recommendations for optimizing results.
- Track program results, measure program success and report metrics to stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with key cross functional stakeholders across GTM organization to ensure campaign enablement and engagement.
- Develop scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks
- Guide the creation of content alongside our Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Solutions teams
- Develop outbound and account-based campaigns that complement inbound campaign strategy
What we need:
- 10+ years of work experience, with at least 7 years in demand generation
- Graduate/masters in any stream with good understanding of SaaS product space
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns with success, collaborating with stakeholders and finding opportunities to strategically up level marketing efforts
- Understanding of the nuances of running an integrated campaign, and ability to think both strategically and execute at an operational level with ease
- Agile, Nimble, and energetic
- Being an Individual Contributor, your performance will be measured by the pipeline you generate, your ability to execute and achieve measurable results including new logo development, and owning cross-sell campaigns to drive expansion opportunities
Operations Manager (Non-Tech Role)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set objectives and goals for the team and track progress.
- It is an employee-facing managerial role.
- Lead multiple resources and groups from an operational angle and track progress through daily standups.
- Should be excellent in writing general email communication.
- Dealing with email inquiries.
- Taking minutes of the meeting and tracking those to closure.
- Document an overall status report of engagement.
- Mentor and coach team to work on creating case studies for the respective projects.
- Follow up with the prospects for getting appointments. Acting partially like a Sales Manager.
- Monitoring the daily progress of team members.
- Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
- The person will be managing groups related to delivery, content creation, graphics, and social media departments.
- Should conduct standup meetings
- Use of Google sheet, Asana and Slack to streamline the project, resource, and portfolio management.
- Develop the project plan for the tasks, dependencies, and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.
- Detail-oriented with strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience working in diverse and collaborative environments.

Requirements:
Proficient with Java, Android framework
Experience with various Android latest technologies and complex UI with XML Designs
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
Understanding of Google's design principles and interface guidelines
Little Experience with backend coding such as PHP/Nodejs
Knack for benchmarking and optimization
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Experience or Knowledge of React-Native is a Plus!
