Building out this brand presents significant product and engineering challenges. At the center of solving those challenges is the TAPPP Product Engineering team which is responsible for the TAPPP product end to end.

TAPPP is led by a very able leadership team drawn from Industry leaders from companies like ESPN, Amazon, Blackhawk, Kargocard, Visa, and

many others.

The organization is flat, processes are minimal, individual responsibility is big, and there is an emphasis on keeping non-productive influences out of the everyday technical decision-making process. Upholding these philosophies will be imperative as we execute our aggressive plan of global expansion over the next 2 years.

Who are we looking for:

A coding enthusiast who loves writing elegant code and developing software systems.

As a senior java developer, you will be a part of the core product development team that is responsible for building high-performant components of the TAPPP platform.

Your responsibility:

• You will be responsible for designing, coding, reviewing, testing, and bug-fixing different modules of the software product that needs to work seamlessly across different environments.
• Write production-quality code in Java, J2EE, and Spring
• You will work in an agile team, working on the TAPPP revolutionary platform. You‘ll be using cutting-edge solutions (Spring Boot, Docker, Kafka, Redis, Continuous Delivery) for creating and maintaining high-load distributed services that are part of our messaging platform.

Mandatory technical skills:

• Hands-on experience with
• Java 1.7+
• RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• JPA (Hibernate or any other ORM framework)
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Hands-on experience in writing extensible RESTful APIs
• Hands-on in Java development (all facets of development) with a sound understanding of OOAD.
• Should have excellent debugging, code review, and design review skills
• Should have a sound understanding of a Microservice based architecture

Good to have technical skills:

The position is based in Pune, India.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Work on building enterprise grade applications with a strong knowledge of the .net core framework. Experience with Node JS.
• Create Libraries that would be shared across the different modules in the system that can be leveraged by multiple teams within the organization.
• Good understanding of data structures to identify the correct data structure for a specific use case.
• Build RESTful API for customer consumption. Prior knowledge building APIs is a requirement. Understanding of HTTP error codes is a must.
• Work on code in a distributed code development environment. Prior use of Git/Github is desirable.
• Work with a Unit Test platform.
• Strong knowledge on Encryption standards – Asymmetric and Symmetric.
• Create and Manage System Documentations.

Job Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience using C# programming language in the build of enterprise software (.net core, asp.net core, web api) – For .Net Developer
• At least 7+ years of experience using C# programming language in the build of enterprise software (.net core, asp.net core, web api). – For Lead.
• Experience handling ISO8583 message standard; Payments Industry knowledge.
• Good understanding of version control (using Git/Github).
• Experience with Unit Test framework; TDD Approach.
• Knowledge and understanding of PCI Requirements for Card processing software .
• Understanding of SQL Database and Database Design.
• Strong understating of hybrid cloud application basics based on Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices and Postgres.
• Minimal 2+ years of experience in building enterprise scale applications: coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data. 
• Agile environment. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps environment Lead levels only.
• Manage CI/CD Pipeline.
• E/B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA/Msc in Computer Science.

Responsibilities : 

- Developer responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer with proven hands-on Software Development experience. We use Java 8

- 4-10 years java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java-based Micro-services framework, and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL, etc

- Hands-on experience on Spring boot & SPARK Microservices and OSGi specifications

- Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging, and testing

- Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, building automation, and deployment

- At least two years experience in SOA & Microservices based process applications using BPM (Activiti/JBPM/Camunda)

- Object-Oriented Analysis and design using common design patterns.

- Insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc)

- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Spring Boot)

Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject and a minimum of 8 years of professional work experience in a mid-d or large corporate Information Technology environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.

• Provide objective guidance without personal or political considerations.
• Pitching ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancements.
• Rolling out fixes and upgrades to software, as needed.
• Securing software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities.
• Setting up a continuous build environment to speed up software development and deployment process.
• Architecting overall, comprehensive, and efficient practices.
• Guiding developers and operation teams in case of an issue.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and managing technical operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Previous experience working on a 24x7 cloud or SaaS operation team.
• Spring Boot Java 8, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Swagger, Tomcat 8, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, GIT, Postman/Newman, RESTful Services, Containers.
• Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Proven in developing, implementing, and providing solutions to the given problem in all Java technologies.
• Proficient in stitch-together end-to-end application starting from front-end web development, back-end development, middleware integration, and persisting data in no SQL or DBMS databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Hands on Java experience with minimum 8 yrs. More experience is a plus but need to be hands on.
• Server side programming experience with technologies: Spring, Hibernate & Swing is a plus
• Good DB knowledge, hands on PL/SQL or T-SQL
• Experienced to work on Linux, git, IntelliJ, Eclipse
• Experience of designing and developing end-to-end solutions.
