Our client in Education startup is in need of an IT Administrator.

Track company’s computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently

Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement backup processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.

Responsible for installing new systems and assessing and implementing upgrades as needed.

Creating user accounts and performing access control.

Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.

Ideal Candidate / Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT administration

Experience - 0-1 year into system administration

Salary: 15K

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with various educational institutes including schools, colleges, and universities.

• School Acquisition- Reaching out to prospective schools through various lead sources and build a pipeline
• Develop project plans and implementation schedules
• Continually work to move projects to a successful completion
• Exhibitions to generate leads
• Passionate about working in the education sector
• Soft skills along with project management skills is a big asset
• Planned future events are visible & proactively coordinated
• Experience working in the EDU space is required (institutes, schools, Universities) and technology devices exp

Desired candidate profile:

Must be a graduate

Prior experience in project management ideally in Education industry (institutes,schools , Universities) will be an advantage

Great social and communication skills

Proven self-management and time management skills

Excellent client-facing communication skills

Strong leadership skills

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management or as key account manager

Compensation is not a constraint for great candidates

Our client in Education startup is looking for an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.

* Create awareness of various programs conducted by the company to teachers from various schools, colleges, University

* Drive participation for various paid or unpaid Webinar programs

* Advise potential participants on our Executive and Certificate Programs

* Maintain market and competitor awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities.

* Follow-up on warm and hot leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS etc.

* Lead Generation

* Responsible for the entire Sales Cycle which includes engaging customers via phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

* Help customers understand and imagine the possibilities and potential that our platform provides to them

* Taking up revenue responsibility.
