Position: Salesforce Developer

Experience: 4-7 years

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

·Salesforce developer with 4+ years of experience in design and development of applications, hands on with Salesforce Configuration, Apex coding, integration, flows and LWC.

Must Have

· Experience with Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL, Salesforce APIs.

· Experience working with LWC, Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, flow.

· Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON).

· Experience in implementation of Sales Cloud.

· Experience with Agile Development processes, Continuous Integration, Deployments.

· Comprehensive experience debugging, troubleshooting issues on Salesforce.

· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with business, TA/SA on Solutioning, work estimations.

· Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions.

· Communicate with Project Team regarding status, technical issues.

Certifications (preferred)

· Salesforce admin, PDI.

· Sales Cloud Consultant.

Strong Product Designer, UI/UX Designer from a tech/startup environment

Mandatory (Experience 1): 2+ YOE as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer in a tech or product startup environment

Mandatory (Experience 2): Strong hands-on experience in UI, Interaction Designs, Wire-framing, prototyping and Visual Designs

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience working on 0→1 products or major feature launches (Startup experience)

Mandatory (Core Skill 1): Must be highly proficient in Figma – creating UI from scratch, including detailed wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes

Mandatory (Core Skill 2): Strong understanding of UI principles, usability heuristics, design systems, typography, and color theory – with demonstrated UI finesse

Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong portfolio with case-studies of B2C or B2B SaaS Product Designs — must show deep product thinking, visual execution quality, and examples of end-to-end work flow development.

Mandatory (Company): Well-Funded B2B SaaS or B2C Products (must be clearly reflected in portfolio and work experience).

Mandatory (Exclusion): Candidates from design studios/agencies

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills: 

• 7+years of experience as Lead Full-stack engineer with hands-on in Python to build complex web applications backed by RDBMS, Snowflake or NoSQL database. 
• Good understanding / implementation experience in unit test automation using Junit, JMock or TestNG 
• Experience with frameworks like ReactJS, Python Flask and designing Microservices / event-driven architecture. 
• Experience with cloud (AWS or Azure) and running the development of cloud-based applications and development of APIs, web services. 
• Experience with Git, Azure Devops and Git flow for code lifecycle management 
• Solid experience in Designing, Development and Maintenance of Scalable, Distributed applications. 
• Understanding of software engineering concepts and formal applied experience of OO and functional programming paradigms 
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability 
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD deployment pipelines. 
• Experience working and managing Agile / Scrum development cycles. 
• Ability to communicated ideas / architecture and get consensus from the relevant collaborators. 
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• 8 to 13 years of software development experience 
• Demonstrates broad and deep expertise in any programming languages(Java, GoLang) and open source frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Micronut).
• Designs, develops, and approves end-to-end functionality of a product line, platform, or infrastructure and microservices.
• Must have exposure to at least one cloud product/platform development.
• Working knowledge of any one client side framework like ReactJS or Angular, etc.
• Should have exposure to one or more databases like Cassandra, MongoDB, Graph, Redis, Elastic Search and Postgres.
