JOB DESCRIPTION

·  Handle 40–50 inbound customer calls daily

·  Assist with order cancellations, refunds, returns, and payment-related issues

·  Provide professional and empathetic customer support

·  Maintain service quality and adhere to KPIs

·  Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

MANDATORY:

• Strong Forward Deployed / Client-Facing Software Engineer / Integration / Product Support Engineer profiles
• 1–6 years of professional experience or strong internship/project work in software engineering.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) at UnifyApps, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, problem-solving, and customer impact. You’ll embed with enterprise clients, understand real-world problems, and design and implement solutions using the UnifyApps platform. Design scalable and efficient Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that meet best practices and business requirements.

Lead the technical design and implementation of Sales Cloud features, including CPQ, Partner Portal, Lead, Opportunity and Quote Management.

Minimum 3+ years of Lightning Framework development experience (Aura & LWC).

CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.

Extensive development experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, Batch Apex, Salesforce DX, Apex Enterprise Patterns, Apex Mocks, Force.com API, Visual Flows, Platform Events, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Clear insight of Salesforce platform best practices, coding and design guidelines and governor limits.
