Must-Have Skills

1. Mobile Test Automation – Strong hands-on experience in Espresso (Android),

XCUITest (iOS), and WebDriverIO for web & mobile hybrid apps.

2. Programming Languages – Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, and

JavaScript/TypeScript.

3. Test Frameworks & Tools – Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Appium

(optional), WebDriverIO.

4. CI/CD & DevOps – Hands-on experience in Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and

Bitrise.

5. Version Control – Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket.

6. Cloud Device Testing – Experience with Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, AWS Device

Farm, or Firebase Test Lab.

7. API Testing – Hands-on experience with Postman, REST Assured, or Kotlin for

API automation.

8. Performance Testing – Exposure to mobile performance testing using tools like

Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments, JMeter.

9. Agile & Collaboration – Familiarity with JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and working in

Agile environments.

10. Debugging & Troubleshooting – Strong ability to debug test failures and optimize

automation performance.

Develop and execute automation test scripts for Android (Espresso/JetPack

Compose) and iOS (XCUITest) applications.

● Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage

and seamless integration.

● Maintain and optimize existing test automation frameworks for scalability,

reliability, and performance.

● Set up and manage automation testing workflows in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, and other tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Independently lead centers for enabling at least 20% of youth from the nearby

communities to be formal jobs/self-employed

● Develop and maintain a conducive environment at the center that enables learning and a feeling of safe space for youth

● Implement the foundation program such that the youth builds ‘agency’ and over time does not need to depend on the Lighthouse Source

● Manage a team of 3-5 and handhold them for timely deliverables and high-quality

outcomes for all of the stages of the program - Community Outreach to Alumni

● Interfacing with ward–level networks

● Government (Corporators, Ward Officers, PMC personnel) – for mobilization and other

support

● NGOs – for mobilization and other support

● Corporates and Establishments – for volunteering, placements and donor/potential

donor visits

● Citizens – for volunteering

● Manage brand-building activities e.g., Events, which are specific to the center and help with advocacy with the local economy for youth placements.

Requirements

● MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 8+ years of experience preferably in both social

and corporate sectors.

● Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills

● Strong people management, project management, and data analytics skill

● Strong orientation towards relationship-building and problem-solving

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language

● Proven ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and

productivity

• Extensive knowledge of linux kernel internals.
• Good knowledge of C programming language.

• Responsible for independently managing all day-to-day payroll activities including coordination with the key internal teams as well as external payroll vendor to ensure an accurate and timely payroll on a periodical basis. 
• Responsible for interfacing within the company and outside in all matters related to HR

• Preparing & updating employee records relating to hiring, confirmation, transferring, termination, etc

• Ensure timely input to the Banking/Finance team towards disbursement of salaries.
• Handle all labor law compliances and notices.
• Manage Employee Benefit programs and ensure timely disbursement of benefits.
• Manage the generation of actuarial reports such as gratuity, leave encashment, etc
• Responsible for providing necessary information and explanations for internal and external audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries on payroll issues or concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll operations and data at all times.
• Preparation of MIS reports
• Preparation of all kinds of HR reports and documents required 
• Handling employee grievances and complaints

Required Candidate profile: 

• Education: Post-Graduate, MBA HR
• At least 5 years of end to end payroll experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt constantly to change.
• Good time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle employee queries.
• Ability to communicate well with all the stakeholders 
• Ability to be the interface between the employees and the organization 
• Able to communicate well within the organization and be the interface for the organization outside 

• Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
• Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

Requirements

• Solid experience in PHP, Node, Mongo, and MySQL
• Should have good Web service and Web application fundamentals
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
• Hands-on a google cloud platform and Experience in Suite CRM is an added advantage.
