We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the CEO to translate Curl Up and Dye’s unique services into engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual content (photos, reels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media and digital platforms.
- Develop a cohesive content calendar that showcases brand, services, stylist expertise, client transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Post regular content optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and engagement across all social platforms to foster community and handle enquiries.
Content Marketing & Website Management
- Write and publish SEO-friendly blogs, service descriptions, and promotional copy.
- Manage and maintain the brand website, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Produce video content (tutorials, testimonials, event highlights) for various marketing channels.
Campaigns & Advertising
- Ideate and execute marketing campaigns aligned with seasonal trends, new service launches, and festive periods.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to increase brand awareness and appointment bookings.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs in collaboration with the CMO.

Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail, hospitality, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Content Expertise: Proven ability to create high-quality visual content (photography/videography) and copywriting tailored for social media and web.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite,/Premiere Pro) and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite).
- Advertising: Hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of audience targeting and ROI analysis.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights) to track KPIs and optimize performance.

Work Schedule
- Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). *Note: Monday is a fixed weekly off.*

You will add new rules and Autofixes for finding more issues with code and automatically fixing them. You will be involved with the Python community to understand the problems with static analysis tools in the ecosystem.
As a member of the Language Engineering team, you will:
