Job Role: IT Systems Administrator Position Summary: We seek an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and maintaining our company's computer systems and networks to ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems, particularly multi-user computers, such as servers. Job Location: Noida Experience: • Bachelor's degree • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)) are an asset. • A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in an IT systems administration role Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and configure PC setups for new employees, ensuring that all hardware is functioning correctly and is ready for use. • Maintain and manage laptops, including regular updates and repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity of devices. • Keep meticulous records of laptop issuance and returns, managing the inventory effectively. • Install and configure software applications, and provide routine automated updates. • Conduct troubleshooting for laptops, networked printers, and software issues, including resolving Microsoft licensing, Outlook email errors, and OneDrive issues. • Manage VPN connections, including keeping records and resolving connectivity or intranet-related issues. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, including design and deployment. • Perform regular backups and recovery of the Active Directory system state. • Handle Active Directory replication and troubleshoot any issues that arise. • Oversee DNS backup and recovery processes. • Manage the company firewall to safeguard network security. • Administer Azure Virtual Machines, ensuring they are configured correctly and operating efficiently. • Manage Group Policy settings to enforce security standards and operational policies. • Conduct monthly vulnerability scans and generate reports to assess system security. • Respond to and resolve monitoring alerts for servers, network equipment, backup systems, and anti-virus software. • Perform routine server maintenance to guarantee system availability and reliability. • Manage Exchange user mailboxes, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Job Responsibilities

Required Skills
● 3 years experience in software industry

● Minimum 2 year experience in Python

● Minimum 1 Year experience in Django

● Basic understanding of front end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

● Ability to build user interfaces using the latest web standards

● Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

● Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes

Key Requirements

1. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch, Power point etc.
2. A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
3. Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
4. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
5. Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
6. Proficient in design software
7. Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
8. Outstanding written and oral communication skills
