Manager - Business Development

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Lightning
• Proven experience of Salesforce development, administration, system integration and bug fixes
• Hands on experience of developing solutions using Lightning and LWC
• Strong experience and knowledge of Salesforce configuration, standard Salesforce functionalities, Apex and VF
• Hands on experience of Omnistudio and Java script would be an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred
• Salesforce Admin Certification, Salesforce App Builder Certification and/or Salesforce PD1 Certification

Responsibilities:

• Work with Consultants, Architects, Developers and Quality Assurers to Design, Develop, Configure & support Salesforce projects in line with the best practices and strategic platform direction.
• Start by understanding the problem statement, what you have set to achieve and then work closely with leaders and technical team to define, design and deliver an effective solution
• Optimize solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities
• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement: identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues to help improve operational efficiency
• Conduct Unit testing (SIT) and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) & User Acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create technical documentation for reference
• Report progress/issues to Project Lead/Manager regularly ensuring project TAT is met
• Work closely with the team members to provide them with required mentoring and support

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose

 • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications

• Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools

• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams

• Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams

• setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis, Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting

• Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams

 • Designing & implementing enterprise-wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing)

• 7-11 years of managing team experience and at least 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy

• Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project

• Strong hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUI etc.

• Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation

 • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins

• Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS

• Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto

• Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Web driver IO, NightWatchJS, etc

• Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool

• Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc.

• Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred.

• Take charge of payroll issues for customers from start to finish - while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Leverage chat, email, and video conferencing functionality to help our customers optimize Rippling to administer payroll processing, quarterly/yearly taxation & filings, and banking & payments inquiries 
• De-escalate and resolve issues by leveraging platform and industry expertise

Job Description:

You will be responsible for maintaining and scaling a high quality React Native social media Application.

Technical

Candidate should have:

• Built end-to-end React Native application with at least 5K users or more
• 1-4 years work experience in developing Android & iOS apps using React Native, React.js
• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles
• Knowledge of how to integrate SDKs like Firebase, Mixpanel, OneSignal, Branch
• End to end feature development for the stories provided
• Has implemented local data storage, caching, app optimization techniques
• Knows how to write unit test cases.
• Aware of app store build forming and release process
• Knowledge or experience with User Interface and Visual Design principles and techniques
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (preferably Git)
