Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, user-friendly mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices

• Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
• Handle end-to-end app deployment on Play Store and App Store

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop cutting edge user experience for healthcare the platform
2. Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance iOS apps
3. Contribute towards the product roadmap
4. Work on an interesting range of problems like instant messaging in poor networks, smart diagnosis- personalization for doctors in each specialty, optimal matching problems
5. Help bring healthcare processes on mobile- prescriptions, auto-diagnosis
6. Work with network and battery optimisations, messaging, APIs, external libs, SDKs, Analytics, Offline apps, UI, visualisations and animations
7. Lead a team of developers and work in tandem with Product and Design teams

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Be proficient with Objective-C or Swift , and Cocoa Touch.
2. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, as well as offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
3. Must be familiar with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
4. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools 
5. Experience with cloud messaging APIs and usage of push notifications.
6. Knowledge of code versioning tools 
7. Built and managed apps with over 1 million users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, and Material Design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

About 1K

1K is an early-stage start-up building India’s first network of small-format stores (kiranas) for smaller towns through an integrated offline-online immersive experiential model. We have started off with the aggregation of kiranas, developing a franchise network for the delivery of daily necessities. You'll be responsible for developing android applications for managing various working aspects of e-commerce, warehousing & supply chain systems while playing a critical role in the design, planning, development, and deployment and help develop best practices for future development.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, releasing, and maintaining native Android Applications and oversee mobile application development efforts

Good to have

• Idea/experience in RxJava, RxKotlin
• Idea/experience of unit and instrumentation testing in Android
• Knowledge of Web RTC.
• Experience with tools like Git, Jira, Basecamp, BitBucket, Azure DevOps would be an advantage.
• Good to have experience working with IOT projects, Bluetooth technologies
