We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Admin with 3-5 years of experience. You will be a fractional & remote admin for multiple clients.
You will work with our team and end clients to ensure that the customer requirements are understood and implemented as expected. You will coordinate with the rest of the CRM team and demonstrate: collaborative, problem solving, sophisticated design and build a solution per the client’s requirements.
2. Requirements:
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Admin) - must have.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related disciplines.
- Passion to create & deliver great software with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, JavaScript, CSS2 & CSS3, HTML5 & jQuery.
- 3-5 years of experience as a salesforce admin - importing bulk data, customizations, user maintenance, lead entry and maintenance, dashboards/report creation per customer requirements.
- Demonstrated experience working with relational databases and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with the Lightning component framework.
- Understand business requirements & effectively translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
3. Good to have:
- Experience with CI/CD - Build & Release process.
- Experience with Agile/ Scrum based development.
4. Job Duties:
- Collaborate with different departments and resources to translate business needs to solutions, dashboards, and reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports per client requirements.
- Create user documentation for all dashboards and reports created.
- Configure and customize the client’s salesforce.com instance.
- Assist with the migration of data from other CRMs and cloud systems into Salesforce.com.
- Assist with Salesforce training for new users.

Your Role
At the level of lead engineer, you are seen as a natural leader by your peers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
• Gather and analyze information on existing business processes in order to make recommendations that seek to improve business systems and processes.
• Analyze and document requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business processes. May involve investigation of third party vendors or systems.
• Clearly document solutions and recommendations to business problems.
• Review requirements and designs with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreement and sign off of proposals.
• Create cost and time estimates along with project plans to enable prioritization and execution of work.
• Complete all tasks related to development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, reporting and system implementation in accordance with the IT development life cycle.
