Role & Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end interaction flows for mobile and web applications
• Create micro-interactions, animations, and motion design elements that enhance user experience
• Translate product requirements into intuitive and engaging interaction patterns
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to ship high-quality features
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate ideas effectively
• Ensure consistency through design systems and interaction guidelines
• Continuously improve experiences using user feedback, data, and usability principles

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Interaction Design / Product Design profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ YOE in Interaction Design / Product UX, specifically for B2C Mobile apps or digital products
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience designing micro-interactions, animations, and user flows (e.g., contextual UI responses like notifications, transitions, feedback states)
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Hands-on experience with designing intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces, with focus on usability + delight (not just static UI screens
• Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate interaction concepts into shipped features
• Mandatory (Experience 5) – Strong understanding of user behavior, heuristics, and interaction patterns across mobile platforms (Android/iOS)
• Mandatory (Tools) – Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, After Effects, Framer, or similar for interaction prototyping
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Strong portfolio showcasing: Micro-interactions, Motion/animation work, User flows and interaction thinking, Real product implementations (not just UI screens)
• Mandatory (Education) – Design Education / HCI / Technology or related field
• Highly Preferred (Pedigree) – Candidates from top design institutes (NID, IDC IIT, Srishti, MIT Institute of Design, etc.)
• Preferred (Experience 1) – Experience working on high-scale consumer apps (fintech, e-commerce, food delivery like Swiggy/Zomato, etc.)
• Preferred (Experience 2) – Exposure to design systems and interaction guidelines for scalable products
• Preferred (Experience 3) – Experience in motion design or animation storytelling in UX

>> Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.
• Previous work experience as an angular JS developer.
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Experience using JavaScript building tools like Gulp or Grunt.
• Knowledge of JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks including Angular JS.

• Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end JavaScript applications.

• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, quality
• Adopt security- first approach in the product development and ensure automated and manual security checks in place across the delivery pipeline
• Lead by example and mentor other developers in the team both technically and professionally
• Support other Senior Product Engineers and contribute to their growth professionally
• Work with  tech leads and the team to ensure shared technology vision and develop state of the art design and architecture for any product development
• Work with other functions such as testing, analysis, infra management, support to ensure faster delivery of products
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with broader team in order to share understanding of product functionality, features, and technology vision
• Look out for technology trends across the industry and apply relevant developments to the products
• Work with the decentralised application business owners to ensure their vision is realised through efficient technology and delivery timelines

• Must have extensive hands on experiencing designing and building mobile applications on Android

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Revenue generation of across product categories and regions.
2. Strategize and Plan the Sales Process Management, Forecasting, Pricing, Expenses, Profitability, Market Research and Business Development Strategy.
3. Managing & establishing channel sales distributors.
4. Monitoring of sales portfolio, category wise and distributor wise.
5. Monthly review & evaluation of Mis Reports (Area Performance, Top Distributors Performance, Top Selling Products Movements, Overdue & Outstanding).
6. If required visit Business Partners in person to review business and cultivate strong working relations. Ensure a strong relationship management with key clients.
7. Must have handled P&L responsibility.
8. Proven track record of fashion business growth.
9. Identifying and executing list of entities with whom we can collaborate and have a fruitful long-term partnerships.
10. Be the first point of contact for retail clients and ensure the USPs of HeSpoke are clearly communicated.
11. Generating new business opportunities and gathering requirements from existing clients/new clients.
12. Creating & analysing weekly and monthly reports.
