You establish the outreach engine through ongoing market research for opportunities, A/B testing the pilot pitch, defining the sales structure and process, hiring and training SDR- s, establishing an incentive plan for sales teams, and leading closures by example.
- You will refine Wooqer offering for a target market, generate and calibrate winning buying propositions, define a metrics framework to continuously refine the outreach to build a repeatable and predictable revenue engine.
- You will work closely with product marketing, revenue leadership, customer success leadership and business heads to create new products through market feedback loop.
