Role Overview:

As a Manual Tester Intern at Arcitech AI, you will play a crucial role in our advancements in the Software and IT sector. You will be responsible for executing test cases, reporting bugs, and ensuring the quality of our software products. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manual testing and contribute to our dynamic team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and software development lifecycle
• Ability to conduct white box testing

Skills and Experience

* 2+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer & shipping high quality products.

* Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools

* Experience in manual testing

* Hands on experience in any one of Automation testing frameworks - Selenium, TestNG. Robot, UFT etc

* Experience in API & Mobile testing

* Experience in Any Scripting and Programming language

* BE in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* QA Experience in Ecommerce Operations/Payments/Fintech domain

* Proficiency in Java/C/Golang or any high level programming language

* Hands on experience in any one of Automation testing frameworks - Playwright, Selenium, TestNG. Robot, UFT etc

* Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files

* Knowledge of Test suite management tools - JIRA etc

What will you do ?

* Utilize innovative testing technologies to develop product's testing strategy

* Participation in design and code inspections.

* UI, API and Hybrid testing and automation

* Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionalities of services as a prequel to automation

* Analyze test logs, debug failures; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders

* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as experts in - product, design, engineering

* Create Automation scripts

* Uphold best practices in software testing with attention to security practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance & Software Testing.

● Strong expertise in JIRA for bug tracking and test management.

● Proficiency in manual testing, including UI, functional, regression, and integration testing.

● Experience in automation testing using Selenium, JMeter, or similar tools (preferred).

● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

● Familiarity with SQL queries for database validation.

● Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Helps Test Lead to prepare the Test Plan and coordinate with Test Engineers during Testing Phase
• Performs Bug Analysis, understands the client requirement and help Test engineer to prepare the test cases
• Ability to multi-task/handle several projects effectively and deliver within timeline
• Peer Reviews the test cases, understands the Test Plan and write Automation test cases
• Able to write Scripts in languages like Java, Ruby, Python, etc.,
• Able to review the Scripts written, able to run the Maintenance / New Scripts and identify the issues
• Knowledge on automation test reports (TestNG, Allure, JUnit reports etc)
• Define onboarding documents for technology and domain for the teams
• Train/Mentor and evaluate juniors on testing specializations
• Exihitbit strong expertise in one of Load Testing - Jmeter (or similar tools) or Api Testing - Rest client/postman or DB testing
• Perform cross Browser / device compatibility testing using automation
• Understand and contribute to sprint release cycle process, ensure 100% test coverage and follow JIRA hygiene
• Besides the job specific responsibilities strictly adheres to the policies and procedures of the organization

• Must have test plan, strategy, cases development experience.
• Knowledge on Android/iOS app testing (usage of Debugging tools relevant is added bonus)
• Must know to prioritize work items based on the business need
• Knows how to handle tough timelines situations and not compromise quality.
• Must have experience in product management methodology such as agilenon-process oriented environment
• Should have experience in any of the ALM tools such as TFS JIRA or even be open to build application reporting structure in excel.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least five years' experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
• Good command on SSRS reporting and Technical
• Excellent online presentation skills using Teams. Able to implement both Discrete and Process Manufacturing
• Deep knowledge in AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Warehouse management and FA
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ,R3
• Certification and/or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, AX 2012 R2, R3 or AX 7/D365FO are a plus
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word    

Candidate should have experince in L2 L3 Testing

• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Design test cases based on the use cases and considering various quality aspects.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Perform in-depth and thorough testing of the owned features/areas.
• Maintain the test cases and test results in test management system.
• Maintain the defects in defect Management system.
• Plan and realise the test environment, platforms, test cycles and regression cycles based on the strategy and quality evaluation at different stages of the product.
• Keep updated on the latest testing and domain technologies, test coverage methodologies and quality metrics.
• Develop skills on automation and testing tools.
• Should guide junior members in performing their activities effectively and help them develop technical skills.

• BE/B-Tech/BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in QA.
• Proven working experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting is big plus
