About the Role:

We're looking for a Jr. Technical Support Engineer to join our global support team and provide world-class assistance to customers in the US time zones from 8pm to 5am IST. You will troubleshoot, triage, and resolve technical issues related to Appknox’s mobile app security platform, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer issues via email, chat, and voice/voip calls during US business hours.
• Diagnose, replicate, and resolve issues related to DAST, SAST, and API security modules.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across CI/CD pipelines, API connections, SDKs, and mobile app builds.
• Document known issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base and help center.
• Escalate critical bugs to engineering with full context, reproduction steps, and logs.
• Guide customers on secure implementation best practices and platform usage.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to suggest feature improvements based on customer feedback.
• Participate in on-call support rotations if needed.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in technical support, Delivery or QA roles at a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
• Comfortable working independently and handling complex technical conversations with customers.
• Basic understanding of mobile platforms (Android, iOS), REST APIs, Networking Architecture, and security concepts (OWASP, CVEs, etc.).
• Familiarity with command-line tools, mobile build systems (Gradle/Xcode), and HTTP proxies (Burp).
• Ability to work full-time within US time zones. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection and work station. 

Good to have skills:

• Experience working in a product-led cybersecurity company.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) or log analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing and support tools like Freshdesk, Jira, Postman, and Slack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Algorithm Development : Design and optimize computer vision and deep learning algorithms for 3D applications.

- Model Deployment : Setup end-end Deep Learning pipeline for data ingestion, preparation, model training, validation and deployment on edge devices after optimization to meet customer requirements

- Research and Innovation : Prototype new solutions based on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and computer vision.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Integrate algorithms into 3D rendering systems and work closely with the team to meet project goals. Collaborate with hardware engineers to fine-tune models for power, latency, and throughput constraints

- Documentation : Maintain code quality and document solutions for easy reference.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 3 or 3+ years in computer vision, deep learning, and AI.

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in C, C++, OpenGL, Objective C, Swift, Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.

- Understanding about depth and breadth of computer vision and deep learning algorithms.

- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures relevant to computer vision.

- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA platforms IGX, Jetson, or Xavier. (Experience with NVIDIA SDKs (e.g., DeepStream, TensorRT, CUDA, TAO Toolkit)

- Concepts of parallel architecture on GPU is an added advantage.

- Knowledge in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics

- Preferred : Knowledge of AR/VR, 3D vision, and AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS), CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes)

What you will do:

1. Data Steward :

Data Steward will collaborate and work closely within the group software engineering and business division. Data Steward has overall accountability for the group's / Divisions overall data and reporting posture by responsibly managing data assets, data lineage, and data access, supporting sound data analysis. This role requires focus on data strategy, execution, and support for projects, programs, application enhancements, and production data fixes. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous data issues and establishes the data stewardship and information management strategy and direction for the group. Effectively communicates to individuals at various levels of the technical and business communities. This individual will become part of the corporate Data Quality and Data management/entity resolution team supporting various systems across the board.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data quality and data accuracy across all group/division delivery initiatives.
• Responsible for data analysis, data profiling, data modeling, and data mapping capabilities.
• Responsible for reviewing and governing data queries and DML.
• Accountable for the assessment, delivery, quality, accuracy, and tracking of any production data fixes.
• Accountable for the performance, quality, and alignment to requirements for all data query design and development.
• Responsible for defining standards and best practices for data analysis, modeling, and queries.
• Responsible for understanding end-to-end data flows and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management.

Experience :  7 years of Pharmaceutical /Biotech/life sciences experience, 5 years of Clinical Trials experience and knowledge, Excellent Documentation, Communication, and Presentation Skills including PowerPoint

• 2 - 7 years of experience in building applications using C++ programming language.
• Comfortable with core programming concepts and techniques (e.g. concurrency, memory management).
• Enjoys working with algorithms and data structures (e.g. trees, hash maps, queues).
• Strong in Data structure and good in problem solving.
