Job Overview:

We are looking for a target-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients at MyOperator. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue through renewals, expansions, cross-sell and up-sell, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimal churn.

The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of assigned accounts, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure Copilot agents and agentic workflows in Copilot Studio
• Develop integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and REST/APIs
• Integrate Copilot with enterprise systems: Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, TM1, etc.
• Implement data mapping, transformations, and workflow logic as per architecture
• Collaborate with solution architects to convert design instructions into working solutions
• Write scripts in PowerShell / Python / C# / JavaScript

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Agent implementation in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps 
• Experience with M365, Dynamics, Azure services
• REST API integration, OAuth2, Azure AD (Entra ID) authentication
• Experience with at least two enterprise integrations: Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, TM1
• Ability to understand technical diagrams, integration patterns, and solution specs

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM and 2 years in Core Compensation is required.
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of HCM security.
• Basic understanding of Workday reporting and its relationship with HCM domain.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Preferred Time zone: Crossover with Central European Time zone or Eastern Standard Time Zone.

What you need to have:

As a Power BI and QlikView Developer, we expect the candidate to be a key contributor in the implementation of data analytics dashboards – from data preparation to dashboard development, unit testing and deployment. The primary work focus for the candidate is as under: 

• Understanding the database design. 

• Develop efficient SQL queries from simple to complex and test the data output as a part of data preparation activity 

• Development & Unit Testing – Dashboards & Data Visualizations using Power BI 

• Troubleshooting/debugging and rectifying issues 

• Review, feedback and mentoring the team 

• Adherence of standards and best practices as defined by the company at the individual level and as a team 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Degree in BE/ BTech with at least 3 to 5 years of overall experience 

• Experience in working on multiple databases like MS SQL (Mandatory), PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, MySQL (would be a plus) etc. and data analytics projects (a minimum of 2 to 3).  

• Experience working on SQL Server: Writing queries of 1 to 2 years is mandatory.  

• Expertise in Power BI and knowledge of QlikView (1-2 years). 

• Understanding other tools like Tableau, Domo etc. would be a great plus 

• Experience in working on different types of visualizations, in addition to the generic ones – Scatter plots, Heat Maps, Geo maps, Gantt, Bubbles, Tree Maps etc. 

• Experience working on Trends, forecasting etc. would be a plus 

• Experience in working with projects teams and ensuring the successful delivery of the solution

• Monitoring each project's progress and optimising processes (concrete results for our efforts, you know?)
• Work as a SPOC between the Tech and Marketing Team and other stakeholders (like we said, coordination skills are a must!)
• Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision (great minds don’t always have to think alike!) 
• Require Knowledge of the Balsamiq Tool.
• Should have a basic understanding of Figma.
