Review Criteria

• Strong Graphic Designer Profile, with a focus on Marketing / branding works
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design within B2C companies working across print and digital media
• Proven experience designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, standees, event signage, and sponsorship assets) and digital creatives for social media and campaigns
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.
• Demonstrated portfolio including both print/event assets and digital/social creatives that show consistency, storytelling, and creativity.
• BDes / MDes from Tier-1 College (NID, IIT, NIFT) OR Top B2C Product Companies (preferred fintech)

Preferred

• Experience collaborating with marketing teams for on-ground events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships (designing assets for physical presence like booths, city events, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration with product, marketing, and growth teams; ability to take ownership from concept to delivery

Role & Responsibilities

As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the brand and engage our target audience in meaningful ways.

What will you bring-

• 3-7 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
• Skilled in apt design tools like Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
• Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.
• Use data - Check CTRs and revamp design basis the learnings.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibility:-  Works closely with staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.

Required Skills:

- VB.net with Silverlight & Windows Communication Foundation

- Ability to design and develop software solutions using the Visual Studio development environment.

- Languages must include; VB.net, Silverlight, SQL, HTML and JavaScript.

- Proven ability to work on extremely large, complex relational databases.

- Database troubleshooting and optimization experience a must.

- 2+ years of Silverlight.
