JD:

Extensive experience in deploying, and supporting enterprise workloads across Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.

Experience managing enterprise Landing Zones & Azure Policies.

Exposure to Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks (basic to intermediate).

Knowledge of Terraform and any DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Hybrid connectivity experience (VPN Gateway / ExpressRoute).

Strong networking fundamentals (NSG, UDR, Peering).

OS-level troubleshooting (Windows & Linux).

Experience with enterprise security tools such as Prisma / Cortex or similar vulnerability & endpoint security tools

Experience in production support, governance, and security guardrails.

Experience handling production incidents, RCA preparation, and performance tuning. Change management & CAB coordination.

Hands-on experience with native Azure security services like Azure Firewall, Azure Application Gateway with WAF etc

Cost optimization ,Monitoring & alerting implementation

Required Skills:

• Experience in systems administration, SRE or DevOps focused role
• Experience in handling production support (on-call)
• Good understanding of the Linux operating system and networking concepts.
• Demonstrated competency with the following AWS services: ECS, EC2, EBS, EKS, S3, RDS, ELB, IAM, Lambda.
• Experience with Docker containers and containerization concepts
• Experience with managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in a production environment
• Experience building scalable infrastructure in AWS with Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Protocol-level such as HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, DNS, and LDAP
• Experience monitoring production systems
• Expertise in leveraging Automation / DevOps principles, experience with operational tools, and able to apply best practices for infrastructure and software deployment (Ansible).
• HAProxy, Nginx, SSH, MySQL configuration and operation experience
• Ability to work seamlessly with software developers, QA, project managers, and business development
• Ability to produce and maintain written documentation

Role & Responsiblities

• DevOps Engineer will be working with implementation and management of DevOps tools and technologies.
• Create and support advanced pipelines using Gitlab.
• Create and support advanced container and serverless environments.
• Deploy Cloud infrastructure using Terraform and cloud formation templates.
• Implement deployments to OpenShift Container Platform, Amazon ECS and EKS
• Troubleshoot containerized builds and deployments
• Implement processes and automations for migrating between OpenShift, AKS and EKS
• Implement CI/CD automations.

Required Skillsets

• 3-5 years of cloud-based architecture software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and its architecture.
• Mastery of cloud security engineering tools, techniques, and procedures.
• Experience with AWS services such as Amazon S3, EKS, ECS, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, etc.
• Experience with designing and supporting infrastructure via Infrastructure-as-Code in AWS, via CDK, CloudFormation Templates, Terraform or other toolset.
• Experienced with tools like Jenkins, Github, Puppet or other similar toolset.
• Experienced with monitoring functions like cloudwatch, newrelic, graphana, splunk, etc,
• Excellence in verbal and written communication, and in working collaboratively with a variety of colleagues and clients in a remote development environment.

Experienced with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Jenkins.

Experience is needed in Kubernetes (AKS), Ansible, Terraform, Docker.

Good understanding in Azure Networking, Azure Application Gateway, and other Azure components.

Experienced Azure DevOps Engineer ready for a Senior role or already at a Senior level.

Demonstrable experience with the following technologies:

Microsoft Azure Platform As A Service (PaaS) product such as Azure SQL, AppServices, Logic Apps, Functions and other Serverless services.

Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such including Azure AD or AD B2C.

Microsoft Azure Operational and Monitoring tools, including Azure Monitor, App Insights and Log Analytics.

Knowledge of PowerShell, GitHub, ARM templates, version controls/hotfix strategy and deployment automation.

Ability and desire to quickly pick up new technologies, languages, and tools

Excellent communication skills and Good team player.
