Note: All our roles are customer-facing roles.

This is a full-time Dynamic-hybrid role as a Technology Consultant (Developer) located in Pune and Bangalore. 

Core Skills:

• We are looking for 4-8 years and 8-12 years of industry experience exclusively in Java /backend tech/ Full stack
• You are also an advocate of good engineering practices
• Influence technical decision-making and high-level design decisions - choice of frameworks and tech approach
• Demonstrate the ability to understand different approaches for application, and integration and influence decisions by making appropriate trade-offsWays of working:
• You communicate effectively with other roles in the project at the team and client levels
• You drive discussions effectively at the team and client levels. Encourage others to participate

Going beyond:

• Establish credibility within the team as a result of technical and leadership skills
• Mentoring fellow team members within the project team and providing technical guidance to others beyond project boundaries
• Actively participate in organisational initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate data in recruitment trackers
• Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities

• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• A personal laptop and stable internet connection
• Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

Purpose of the role:

* As a startup we have data distributed all across various sources like Excel, Google Sheets, Databases etc. We need swift decision making based a on a lot of data that exists as we grow. You help us bring together all this data and put it in a data model that can be used in business decision making.
* Handle nuances of Excel and Google Sheets API.
* Pull data in and manage it growth, freshness and correctness.
* Transform data in a format that aids easy decision-making for Product, Marketing and Business Heads.
* Understand the business problem, solve the same using the technology and take it to production - no hand offs - full path to production is yours.

Technical expertise:

* Good Knowledge And Experience with Programming languages - Java, SQL,Python.
* Good Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Architecture.
* Experience with Data Transformations and ETL; 
* Experience with API tools and more closed systems like Excel, Google Sheets etc.
* Experience AWS Cloud Platform and Lambda
* Experience with distributed data processing tools.
* Experiences with container-based deployments on cloud.
