Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented React.js + Web3 Developer to join our fast-growing engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development skills along with hands-on experience in blockchain/Web3 integrations.

Mandatory Skills : React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web3.js/Ethers.js, Wallet Integrations, State Management (Redux/Zustand), REST APIs, Git.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop responsive, scalable front-end applications using React.js & TypeScript.
• Integrate Web3.js / Ethers.js to connect UI with blockchain networks.
• Work with REST & GraphQL APIs for backend communication.
• Implement wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, etc.).
• Collaborate with blockchain engineers for smart contract interactions.
• Optimize UI performance, handle state management, and write clean, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and enhance Web3 features within the application.

Mandatory Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Web3.js/Ethers.js, blockchain interactions.
• Understanding of wallet integrations, dApps, and blockchain basics.
• Knowledge of state management (Redux/Zustand/Context API).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and Git experience.

Nice to Have :

• Familiarity with Solidity, Smart Contracts, and Ethereum ecosystem.
• Experience with Node.js or backend systems.
• Understanding of IPFS, Layer 2 solutions, and NFT standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field desirable.

• 5 years of Database administrator experience in Microsoft technologies

• Experience with Azure SQL in a multi-region configuration

• Azure certifications (Good to have)

• 2+ Years’ Experience in performing data migrations upgrades/modernizations, performance tuning on IaaS and PaaS Managed Instance and SQL Azure

• Experience with routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a databases

Knowledge about the RDBMS e.g., Microsoft SQL Server or Azure cloud platform.

• Expertise Microsoft SQL Server on VM, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure SQL

• Experience in setting up and working with Azure data warehouse.

About the role:

● Research the latest job trends in the market

● Sourcing opportunities in the formal sector for the youth across Lighthouses

● Liaison and coordination with new employers across Pune City by calling and visiting, to keep track of the new openings and signing MoU

● Getting employers for in-house campus drive/job fest

● Holding daily placement meetings with the Placement Youth Coordinators of each Lighthouse for -

⮚ briefing them about the new job vacancies and

⮚ coordinating with them to align candidates from each Lighthouse for interviews

⮚ collecting daily placement data from the Placement Youth Coordinators and publishing report

● Arrange and conduct placement preparation sessions with the youth

● Conduct orientation programs across the Lighthouse for the youth

● Placements Tracking, Preparing reports and Audit to be done on a regular basis

● Maintain proper data and documentation on a daily basis

Requirements:

● MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 2-5 years of experience in Placement or working in HR consulting firms

● Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills

● Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English

Basic Qualifications

● UI development experience in ReactJS or AngularJS or PolymerJS or EmberJS or Jquery etc. are good to have.

● Passion for software engineering and follow the best coding concepts. ● Good to great problem solving and communication skills.

• Create product design on Salesforce.com platform using Classic Salesforce and Salesforce Lightning.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework.
• Build-in Salesforce plug-ins and connectors.

• Monitoring room sales and improving sales technique
• Answering questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
• Handling inquiries and obtaining correct information regarding details of reservation
• Confirming and processing reservation requests
• Ensuring all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system
• Overseeing accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes
• Keeping up to date rooms available for sale and any changes in hostel room rates
• Helping maximize room sales by upselling through different packages
• Maintaining and updating all room reservation transactions, room availabilities
• Handling group bookings as well as end to end reservations processes
• Working closely with Sales Front Desk, Marketing and other departments, to ensure guest requirements are met
