As a Remote Compliance and Audit Intern, you will be focusing on supporting our compliance and internal audit functions to ensure our operations meet regulatory standards and align with our ethical values. Your responsibilities will include reviewing internal processes, identifying potential compliance gaps, and assisting in the preparation of audit reports. Since compliance plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our work, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments across Springer Capital, gaining insight into both operational and strategic aspects of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support Skills. • Must have excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong Analytical skills to understand customer feedback and provide solutions. • Must have a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction. • Should have knowledge about basic AI tools. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field is required. • Prior customer service experience is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred. Qualification profile

• Successfully completed studies or training in computer science, focus on software development desirable or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of web technologies: JAVA, HTML5, CSS, Java/TypeScript, and Vue.js, as well as web services/SOA Hibernate and SQL
• In-depth knowledge of React and/or Angular is also an advantage
• Experience with responsive web design and web content management systems
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of cloud-native development and operation, e.g. B. Docker and Kubernetes advantageous

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Must have a clear understanding of Database
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated PHP / Laravel developer to come join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

Required Skills

• At least 1 of experience in PHP / Laravel developer
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5, 7 PHP Framework
• Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design
• Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
