Responsibilities: • Identifies the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members. • Oversees the sales squad's initiatives to reach objectives and generate realistic, consistent outcomes. • Develops the product sales blueprint, a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modeling. • Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities

DevDarshan is a devotional platform launched by IIT graduates to promote the teachings of Indian culture and the Hindu way of life in India around the world. In the 21st century, where everything around is digitized then why not temples. That’s the idea behind DevDarshan.We’ve built a community of devotees from multiple Countries, through our Mobile Application that connects Temples and Devotees, have successfully raised seed investment and also started to generate revenue for the temples and Priests associated with us.Right now we are looking to grow our team and build new exciting features for devotees all around the world.

Requirements:

• Strong Design and User Experience. Have worked on building High Quality Web experiences and extremely focussed on coding for the best User Experience
• Experience in any frontend framework like ReactJS, VueJs
• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when.
• Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
• Some Experience with building Algorithms, Social Apps is preferred.
• Any experience with Handling Video Delivery like ffmpeg/HLS/WebRTC is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Description

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components.
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions
• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable
• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions
• Perform design and code reviews
• Perform technical feasibility and trade off studies & guides others to perform these studies
• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to outage
• Continuously improve performance metrics of modules you own.
• Collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems, execute and deliver results

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in MERN stack
• A deep understanding of JavaScript
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Unit and Integration tests
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with MathJax/Latex
• Experience with large scale video streaming

1. Knowledge of Selenium Test Environment (STE) and the ability to configure it
2. Ability to customize Selenium in various integrations
3. Automation of various projects, for example, a framework
4. Communication and interaction with customers to solve their problems
5. Development of equipment automation plans and their approval
