Role: Content Writer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

·        Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

·        Proofreading and edit blog posts before publication

·        Conducting simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

·        Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

·        Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

·        Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role

·        Portfolio of published articles

Requirements:

Preferred industries: FMCG, BMW, Mercedes, and high-end hotels

Experience: 10+ years

What will you do?

• Oversees testing, deployment & maintenance of the Voice infrastructure.
• Performing a variety of tasks associated with user provisioning and call routing within the assigned platform 
• Build loaders for internal systems ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal departments to understand the requirements of call routing
• Document and design call flow diagrams to ensure that all call variables have been accounted for in preparing a routing plan
• Support the clients solution by correcting any issues with call routing or provisioning during the initial implementation phase, constantly communicating status of any issues with client
• Complete testing to ensure that call flow is operating properly
• Monitors and ensures compliance to standards, policies, and procedures

What are we looking for?

• 0.6~2 year’s implementation experience in Asterisk PBX, IP Telephony, SIP.
• Able to thrive in a demanding and team-oriented environment
• Basic and strong knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of bash and perl shell scripting is an added advantage.
• RHCE Certification is an added advantage.

• Working with the Video design Lead to understanding the storyboard in creating exceptional motion graphic videos.
• Assist the Video design team in creating the animation styles.
• keep up with the latest motion design trends & brainstorm to create new design ideas for videos.
• Edit raw video footage, Colour correct, and add effects & Transitions to create innovative video deliverables.

• Developing a clear product strategy and the product roadmap for the company's Connect business
• Working closely with the engineering team to guide and drive the roadmap
• Developing appropriate planning, prioritization, and release management processes in tandem with business, engineering, and other leads
• Driving superb execution against plan anticipating risk and leading discussions via frequent, clear communication. (both internally and with customers)
• Owning the product metrics driving scale, efficiency and experience
• Working closely with business to build the growth roadmap

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech and/or MBA
• At least 6 years of product management experience where you have played a significant role in the creation of new products or had end-to-end ownership of a product
• B2C product management experience, preferably in consumer tech startups
• A strong technical background, enabling meaningful contribution to technically-driven features
• Previous development experience in some form is required
• Strong communication skills
• Product Mindset with a design first thinking
• Agility and endurance
• Awareness of latest industry trends

• Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize and group prospects according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution and buying cycle.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop full-fledged demand generation campaigns.
• Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, collaterals, channels for personas, and key accounts in the regions.
• Plan and execute ABM strategy for all products & geographies.
• Managing, training, and motivating SDRs to drive revenue growth.

• MBA with 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based B2B demand generation or ABM roles.
• The candidate should be an expert in Hubspot.
• Looking for an experienced candidate in the USA market.
• Prior team handling experience is a must.
• Expertise in handling CRM, drip campaigns, sales automation tools, and outbound lead generation techniques.
• A keen eye on data, analytics, and insights to drive revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience in sales pipeline management and top of the funnel metrics.

You will work as part of the Sales team and report to the Sales head.
