
Interior Designer Job Responsibilies:
Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.
Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevaons.
Creates design concepts and digital presentaons with finish selecons, furnishings, and fixtures.
Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.
Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentaon of all acvies.
Manages the coordinaon and logiscs of product deliveries and installaon.
Provides follow-up support with customers.
Develops and maintains producve and effecve relaonships with customers.
Interior Designer Qualificaons / Skills:
Effecve verbal and wrien communicaon skills
Problem solving skills, aenon to detail, and self-starter
Programming abilies to extract informaon and produce reports
Knowledge of building and accessible codes
Familiarity with all phases of projects, potenal issues, and proven history to produce projects
Knowledge of industry construcon costs and material costs
Basic ability to prepare furniture cost esmates
Creave eye for detail in preparaon of design presentaon materials
Educaon, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in design or related field 5-10 YRS EXPERIANCE
Interior Design CERTIFIICATION
Experience in INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS
Experience with FF&E procurement and specificaon
Experience managing a department of 4 or more design staff including budget esmates and project
schedules
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit

- Financial Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and analyze variances.

Candidate need to handle the ticket raised by the team, where they asked to perform the operations on database. Once ticket get’s solved they need to update team for the same.
What would be the key responsibilities expected out of this role
1) Help write and optimize in-application SQL statements
2) Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
3) Prepare documentations and specifications
4) Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
5) Good in DML and DDL

Daily monitoring of Quantum's processes to ensure file transmissions to and from the system
- Ensure that any Quantum production issues with an emphasis on the modules ( Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Foreign Exchange, I/C loans, Money Market, Investments, etc.) are resolved on time
- Actively working with Quantum and internal IT teams to resolve issues with bank files and data transmissions between Quantum and other systems including retrieval of market rates
- Creating content in various formats and types viz articles, blogs, website copies, newsletters, social media posts & captions
- Creating content strategy and calendar for various clients as well as the company
- Learning copywriting and applying it wherever required
