We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI)/Data Analyst to create and manage Power Bl and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge.  In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis. If you are self-directed, passionate about data,

and have business acumen and problem-solving aptitude, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Financial experience and Marketing background is a plus
• Strong Power BI development   skills including Migration of existing deliverables to PowerBl.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Data modelling, Calculations, Conversions, Scheduling Data refreshes in Power-BI.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer is a must.
• Industry experience is preferred.  Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView).
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions
• Craft and execute queries upon request for data
• Present information through reports and visualization based on requirements gathered from stakeholders
• Interact with the team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction
• Design, build and deploy new, and extend existing dashboards and reports that synthesize distributed data sources
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, usability, and functionality requirements of BI platform
• Manage data through MS Excel, Google sheets, and SQL applications, as required and support other analytics platforms
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
• Develop and update technical documentation requirements
• Communicate   insights   to both   technical   and non-technical audiences.

Experience in SAP SAC

Experience in end to end implementations

Experience in Configuring SAC to connect and integrate with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and other data sources

Experience in Design and optimize data models in SAP BW, ensuring data is structured efficiently for reporting and analytics

Experience in Implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various sources into SAP BW.

Experience in data modeling, data integration, and reporting using SAP BW and SAP HANA

Experience in Financial Consolidation and Group Reporting.

Experience in Documentation

Experience in Understanding of report building, setting up dimensions and hierarchy, ETL and UAT

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operational processes in the school.

• Proven work experience as a Senior Executive HR or similar role.

• Managing the employees’ on boarding and induction process. Responsible for issue of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, ID Cards and Visiting Cards, etc.

• Prepare and maintain staff records in the file and in HRMS.

• Manage Statutory Compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity) and coordinate with Finance Team for the same.

• Prepare various compensation related reporting and analysis, HR budget and trends analysis. Support the preparation of the salary review process.

• Extracting and analysing data from HR systems and preparing simple to complex reports.

• Conduct exit interviews and complete separation formalities. Exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement Process.

• Coordinating with the facility management contractors for invoices, payments, etc.

• Hospitality for Visitors and New Staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate- MBA-HR

• Work experience for an International School

• 2-3 years and above of relevant experience

• Excellent verbal and written fluency in English and Hindi.

• Related working experience as Executive Assistant in other international schools or companies is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills. 

• Good organisation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneNote, etc)

- Experience as a Web Methods Developer with both MFT and JDBC adapter

- Experience in Web Methods Integration 9.x, 10.x/above.​

- AS2 transmission with partners.​

- Working experience in webMethods designer, Integration Server, Web Services 

(REST, SOAP), pub-sub model, JMS, SAP adapter, SFDC adapter, AS400 adapter, 

Web Methods Test Suit and MQ Adapters.​

- Hands on building BPM and TN integrations. Must have built process models in 

deployed them till production.​

- Hands on CAF. Must have built custom pages on CAF and deployed then till 

production.​

- Knowledge on Scrum methodology.​
