Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building, managing, and scaling infrastructure for high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Python scripting, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices around CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar.

- Manage Kubernetes clusters, configure namespaces, services, deployments, and auto scaling. CI/CD & Release Management

- Manage versioning and rollback strategies for critical deployments.

We are seeking a Senior IAM Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IAM operations, provide L2/L3 support, and ensure the stability and security of identity platforms. The role focuses on troubleshooting authentication issues, supporting integrations, and maintaining access management services across enterprise applications. Core Skills & Experience Authentication & Authorization Support

• Strong working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML

• Experience supporting Auth0 or similar IAM platforms in production environments Troubleshooting & Incident Management

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve authentication and authorization issues

• Experience analyzing logs, SAML assertions, OAuth tokens, and API failures

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environments IAM / CIAM Operations

Your primary focus will be on developing Enterprise Grade Systems and programs that are scalable and maintainable. You will ensure that these packages and programs are well documented and has a reasonable test coverage.
