UI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for Frontend Developers with strong experience in Angular and/or Flutter who are comfortable working in a modern AI-assisted development environment.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in rapid UI prototyping using AI tools, converting design concepts into high-quality frontend components, and ensuring that AI-generated code meets accessibility (A11y), performance, and corporate styling standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using Angular and/or Flutter.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate UI development and component generation.
• Convert Figma designs into high-fidelity UI components efficiently.
• Use tools like v0.dev, Screenshot-to-Code, or similar AI design-to-code tools to generate UI components.
• Ensure AI-generated code meets accessibility (A11y) and UI/UX standards.
• Maintain consistent corporate design systems and styling standards.
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize UI components for performance and responsiveness.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Angular and/or Flutter
• Experience building responsive and scalable UI components
• Experience converting Figma designs into frontend components
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (v0.dev, Screenshot-to-Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience ensuring accessibility (A11y) compliance
• Experience using Git and modern development workflows

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design and quality products is important.

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master in computer science
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast, unstructured environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must have access to FTTH internet connection

- Hands-on experience in developing User Interfaces (more than 4 years) using Angular 4+.

- Hands-on experience of using reactive frameworks like Redux, NgRX.

- Strong understanding of using UI testing frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha.

- Focus on building reusable components by employing Design patterns.

- Ability to remote diagnose user issues (With or without tools).

- Strong understanding of Object-oriented concepts.

- Ability to suggest alternative solutions for micro-level problems considering the environment constraints.

- Ability to diagnose development issues independently.

- Self-motivated learner.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be a rockstar front end engineer bringing to life designs and solutions created in collaboration with designers and product managers. You will be responsible for converting the requirements to fast, optimised, usable interfaces, loved by our users.
• You will be the main source of knowledge on everything “front end” related and guide the team to make correct technical decisions to ensure the speed and scale of the solutions deployed.
• Collaborate daily with back-end developers and web designers to improve the usability
• You will be a key person in ensuring that agile processes created by the team are adhered to and you actively contribute to the improvement of these processes. You will be responsible for estimating your tasks and ensuring that promised timelines are met.
• You will be responsible for the performance, security, scalability, reusability and quality of the applications under you. You will collaborate with senior engineering managers/architects to refine & improve your solutions. You will cascade the same culture across the team by supporting and mentoring team members, helping build truly scalable applications
• You will need to collaborate closely with product managers, designers and business stakeholders to achieve predictable results at a rapid pace. 
• You will be able to handle competing priorities and chart the best course of action for yourself and your team members ensuring blockers are removed
• You will help in attracting and evaluating tech talent to help build the engineering brand of the organization.

Desired background & skills

• 3-9 years of experience as an engineer at top tier digital product companies across consumer or SMB. 
• 3+ years of experience in working on front end JS frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
• Excellent knowledge of working with responsive and adaptive designs. Expert in HTML5, JAVAScript, JQuery & CSS. Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Experience of design collaboration tools such as Zeplin, Figma, XD, Invision. 
• Bonus if either you’re a full stack developer with knowledge of the back end or have experience with cross-platform mobile technologies such as React Native or Flutter.
• You have strong problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
