Key Responsibilities

• Brand Stewardship: Define, maintain, and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Marketing Collateral Design: Lead the design of brochures, one-pagers, event collaterals, standees, digital ads, and social media creatives.
• Website & Digital Assets: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to design web pages, landing pages, and blog layouts using Figma.
• Event & Campaign Design: Create end-to-end design packages for marketing campaigns and industry events, ensuring a unified and impactful visual experience.
• Technical & Thought Leadership Material: Design whitepapers, case studies, and presentations to enhance readability and professional appeal.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with content, marketing, and product teams to understand goals and translate them into visual concepts; mentor junior designers or external freelancers if engaged.
• Process & Tools: Establish efficient workflows for design review, asset management, and versioning — primarily using Figma and complementary design tools.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, brand design, or marketing design, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology startup.
• Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other design collaboration tools.
• Creative Strength: Proven ability to translate abstract or technical ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Attention to Detail: Eye for typography, layout balance, and modern design aesthetics.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills — ability to interact with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across various formats (digital and print).

Preferred Attributes

• Exposure to B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity / Identity domains.
• Experience designing for events, digital marketing campaigns, and thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports).
• Ability to guide brand voice through visual strategy — from concept to execution.

What will you do? (but not limited to)

• Design, develop, and maintain our mobile applications using either Flutter or React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to design and develop innovative features that align with our mission and user needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices, and conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the software to ensure optimal performance, security, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
• Drive architectural decisions and lead efforts to scale and improve our codebases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Who can apply?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mobile Application Developer with a proven track record in developing and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in React Native, with a deep understanding of cross-platform mobile development and app architecture.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (for React Native), and familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ, and other IDEs.

• Managing various accounting transactions of the company by preparing and maintaining financial records and financial statements
• Managing various accounting activities which include, but not limited to, reconciliation of bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, calculation of taxes and filing tax returns etc
• Preparing and involving in budget forecasts
• Overseeing and Implementing accounting systems and processes and also communicating any technical issues related to the same
• Reviewing and handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Preparing financial reports, in regular intervals, to facilitate decision-making
• Overseeing and managing the expenses and budgets of the company
• Ensuring compliance of relevant Government rules, laws and regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA is a must and relevant work experience of 3 – 5 years is also required
• Advanced MS Excel skills as well as strong knowledge and experience in Tally
• Experience in providing financial advice
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience of maintaining highly confidential data    

• You have prior experience in Java
• You have a deep understanding of Android SDK, app fundamentals & different development frameworks, integration with backend / API
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visuals. Design skills are not required but you should be able to critique and modify existing designs
• You have a deep interest in technology
• You're ready to learn and use new technology

As a Director Engineering, your role & responsibility will include the following.  

• Define the product roadmap and delivery planning. 
• Provides technical leadership in design, delivery, and support of product software and platforms. 
• Participate in driving technical architectural decisions for the product.

Qualification & Experience  

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information  Systems or related field or equivalent work experience required. 
• Relevant certifications also preferred among other indications of someone who  values continuing education. 
• 15+ years’ experience "living" with various operating systems, development tools  and development methodologies including Java, data structures, Scala, Python,  NodeJS 
• 8+ years of individual contributor software development experience.
• 6+ years management experience in a fast-growing product software  environment with proven ability to lead and engage development, QA and  implementation teams working on multiple projects. 
• Idea generation and creativity in this position are a must, as are the ability to  work with deadlines, manage and complete projects on time and within budget. 
• Proven ability to establish and drive processes and procedures with quantifiable  metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the development  organization. 
• Proven history of delivering on deadlines/releases without compromising quality. 
• Mastery of engineering concepts and core technologies: development models,  programming languages, databases, testing, and documentation. 
• Development experience with compilers, web Services, database engines and  related technologies. 
• Experience with Agile software development and SCRUM methodologies. 
• Proven track record of delivering high quality software products. 
• A solid engineering foundation indicated by a demonstrated understanding of  
• product design, life cycle, software development practices, and support services.  Understanding of standard engineering processes and software development  methodologies.
