Responsibilities:

1. Relentlessly simplify and distill complex business processes into intuitive and elegant product experiences.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define best-in-class user experiences.
3. Create process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
4. Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns, with focus on providing a consistent and intuitive experience across the product ecosystem.
5. Participate in the planning process for new products and features helping drive the vision across the products.
6. Own the production of world-class designs and documents for presentation to engineers, product managers, peer design teams, and senior executives.
7. Assist in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies.

Job Description

We are looking for a great Java Developer who is passionate about working in the Microsoft tech stack using Java. Your primary focus will be on developing common reusable components and implementing them following well-known best practices. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving and an attitude to learn is essential. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Design and develop dockerised microservices for cloud 

Required skills and experience include:

• BS in Computer Science or other field of study and applicable work experience.
• Most likely 3-5 years of experience on Java Web Development.
• Experience in developing Microservices for cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) is preferred
• Experience in Spring Framework (Spring boot, spring Batch), Spring MVC, Microservice model, RESTful web services
• Experience in databases like SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB is desired.
• Should have hands-on experience on Hibernate, JPA or MyBatis or any other persistence framework.
• Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams 
• Knowledge of Maven/gradle
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes 
• Good Communication skills ( English)

Primary Skills(Mandatory)

Core and Advanace Java 1.8 , Web and Microservice development using java (Jsp, Servlet, Spring boot, Spring MVC), Restful Web Services, Spring framework, RDBMS (Postgres, Mssql server), Hibernate 

Secondary Skills

Java script, Frontend web development - (Angular,nodejs) ( Not mandatory)

Additional Information

• Should have experience of working in any previous IT Software company 
• Any additional certification will be a plus
• Comfortable working from Office.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with advertising, graphic design, marketing or strategic communications focus
• 1+ or more years of related experience in graphic design
• Strong graphic design skills with knowledge of various design production tools and software
• Knowledge of and demonstrated abilities in design principles, image manipulation, photo retouching, layouts and typography
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and similar software
• Basic knowledge and demonstrated abilities in icon design, character design and, illustration
• Working along with the video animation team to provide them the necessary vectors.

        Experience building scalable backend systems using REST APIs & NoSQL databases

• Demonstrable backend development expertise using Java (JDK 8+, 11 preferred)
• Proven Experience writing reactive, event-driven, asynchronous code using Vert.x
• Fair understanding of networks, security, system resilience & clustering • Experience with MongoDB & ELK stack
• Experience building & consuming RESTful APIs • Experience writing Unit & Integration tests with JUnit5 / Jupiter
• Ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues across services and multiple levels of a complex technical stack that includes microservices, container & virtualized environments, and message & event streams, in a timely manner.
• A desire to learn and apply best practices in software development
• Good communication, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Nice to have skills:

• Oracle database experience a plus
