Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing and reporting recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as organizing files, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.

• 6+ years of experience delivering enterprise-wide technical projects. 2-3 years of experience of which should have been spent managing, growing and retaining talent within teams
• Hands-on experience programming with RESTful APIs, Python, deployment and run time environments like Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands on front end experience in HTML, Javascript, React, and CSS.

• Deeper understanding of the network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, local storage.
• Ability to solve complex integration and product questions, looking at issues analytically.
• Organize team’s scrums, and prepare roadmap for dev tools
• Track integration success and ensure deadlines are met. Provide input to a scalable technical integration and account management process.

We are seeking Sr. Software Engineers with hands-on C++/C# programming and unit testing skills. This person will be responsible to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for laboratory medical device new product development. The incumbent practices code quality, refactoring and unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, design, implement, unit test and maintain Windows based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop medical device software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new production introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes

Qualifications
