- Understand customer environment – Install Products, configure in customer Network and Troubleshoot problems faced during demonstration, Good understanding on network configuration, troubleshooting, Install devices in Customer environment & Diagnose issues in Windows & Linux O/S.
- Understand the new requirements (Projects) and implement suitable solution by making suitable modifications in product hardware, software, driver and Firmware by coordinating with Business, Customization team members.
- Conduct Training to partners and regional sales members regularly on current and new products and solutions.
- To operate from Bangalore; Travel KA, AP-TS, TN & KL on regular basis and Support Regional Sales Members & Partners on Epson Products and Solutions.
- Drive business as a product specialist by enabling the sales team
- The candidate should have mid-level experience in IT solution designing, especially in networking with familiarity to security domain.
- Good understanding of customer requirements and understanding of technical qualifications, solutions, compliances etc.
- Willingness to continuously learn technology.
- Work for meeting deadlines

- Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team – Create company presentation, company portfolio, case studies, one-page brochure, and other required supporting documents for the sales team.

The Sales Manager will utilise their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals.
