About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Engineer (SDE II) to join our growing team. As a core backend contributor, you'll be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. You’ll collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver best-in-class technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Golang and PostgreSQL.
• Build and manage scalable microservices and APIs for high availability and performance.
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization using AWS services.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS) to build and deploy containerized applications.
• Implement messaging and real-time systems using Kafka and WebSocket's.
• Maintain best practices in performance tuning, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Golang and strong experience with PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of AWS Cloud, EKS, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and real-time systems using Kafka/WebSocket.
• Expertise in building and scaling microservices-based architecture.
• Good understanding of Go concurrency and parallelism.

Skills/ Role Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter

• Hands-on experience with various interview formats

• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques

• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Developing new user-facing features using React.js

● Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

● Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

● Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

● Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

● Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript as well as HTML and CSS

● Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

● Working knowledge and integration knowledge with RESTful APIs

● Knowlegde of websockets implementation is a must.

• Good Knowledge in Sketching and Painting (BFA Preferable).Interpret concept art and sketches to create virtual characters, environments and props
• Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints
• Prototype and iterate on models and characters based on feedback from team members
• Optimize, refine and correct model geometry
• Rig models and characters for animation
• Color characters, add Textures and shade the given characters based on the material used
• Create textures that generate visual interest and define the characteristics.
• Generate the output within the time frame by understanding the desired output.
• Create a UV map and Occlusion map
• Work with artists, animators and programmers to execute projects on time
• Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, capture and modeling tools and technologies

Requirements

• Good Knowledge in Sketching and Painting (BFA Preferable).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D artist(Modeling and texturing)
• Good organization skills.
• Good Knowledge of 3D Modeling, Lighting and Rendering.
• Excellent knowledge of real-time modeling techniques (shaders, PBR, normal, displacement etc. )
• Strong portfolio showing 3D art skills and demonstrating a high level of artistic creativity.
• Strong high & low-resolution modeling and texturing skills.
• Good experience in the video game industry with 3D packages, preferably Maya or 3DSMax & ZBrush.
• Experience working on published mobile games would be a strong advantage.
• College Diploma/Degree in graphic design, 3D, video game development or equivalent training.
