Role & Responsibilities

Data Organization and Governance: Define and maintain governance standards that span multiple systems (AWS, Fivetran, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Salesforce/nCino, Looker), ensuring that data remains accurate, accessible, and organized across the organization.

Solve Data Problems Proactively: Address recurring data issues that sidetrack operational and strategic initiatives by implementing processes and tools to anticipate, identify, and resolve root causes effectively.

System Integration: Lead the integration of diverse systems into a cohesive data environment, optimizing workflows and minimizing manual intervention.

Hands-On Problem Solving: Take a hands-on approach to resolving reporting issues and troubleshooting data challenges when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand and solve our biggest challenges

Job Description for Immigration & Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Time Zone: Canada & US working hours

Reports To: RCIC / Business Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Immigration & Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to an RCIC-led immigration practice while also managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities in a professional and confidential manner.

Key Responsibilities

Immigration Support

•   Prepare and review immigration applications, supporting documentation, and forms.

•   Maintain and update client files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

•   Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and provide regular updates on case progress.

•   Research immigration programs, requirements, and regulatory changes as needed.

•   Safeguard all client information in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.

Administrative & Business Support

•   Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation.

•   Assist with bookkeeping activities such as expense tracking, invoice preparation, payroll support, and record management.

•   Coordinate projects, track timelines, and ensure timely follow-ups.

•   Conduct research to support business operations, including vendors, suppliers, and process improvements.

•   Draft reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for internal use.

•   Provide additional administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

•   Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field. 

•   Experience in immigration, legal, or administrative support (preferred).

•   Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

•   Strong organizational and time management skills.

•   Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

•   Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting processes.

•   Knowledge of the Federal Government Immigration Portal (an asset).

•   Strong research skills with the ability to present findings clearly.

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is required in one of the leading global recycling platform with operations across the United States, UK, and Asia. Industry Preference : ex. paper, sugar, chemical, paint, fertilizer, oil & gas, candidates who are really interested to work and able to join on immediate basis may apply.

Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and commission SPMs and Automated Equipment in collaboration with the fabrication team

2. Calculate & problem solve on design challenges in various equipment from conceptual proposals to detailed design.

3. Improve existing equipment with targeted performance and automation upgrades

4. Create detailed engineering drawings and bills of materials

5. Develop equipment operational and maintenance documentation in collaboration with process & fabrication teams and conduct relevant training

6. Develop models to capture engineering calculations and FEA to validate equipment design Develop and implement control narratives in collaboration with the automation and fabrication teams

7. Create conceptual plant layouts, Process & Instrumentation diagrams, and manuals in collaboration with projects and process teams

8. Manage team of mechanical engineers for design  

Requirements

1. B. Tech. / M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with extensive hands-on experience in SPM design for diverse applications 

2. Preference of candidate with prior work experience in process industries (for ex. paper, sugar, chemical, paint, fertilizer, oil & gas)

3. Knowledge of machine shop fabrication processes

4. Proficiency with all types of automation components, sensors, electromechanical actuators, motion control, hydraulics, pneumatics etc.

5. Good experience in FEA

6. Ability to work both independently and in teams

7. Proficiency with Solid Modelling 3D CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

8. Extensive knowledge of material specifications/ grades/properties/uses with engineering codes, and extensive knowledge of engineering accessories like pumps, valves, motors, gear boxes etc.  

Candidate should be from Flexipack and Holographic Industry

§ Generating Lead, Sales Enquiry, Preparation of Quotation, Follow-up with clients, Generating enquiries from new and existing customers, Market research and survey, Focus more on new business generation.

§ Maintaining strong relationships with customers, Attend customer complaints, Payment follow up & on time payment collection from customer

§ Willing to Travel in anywhere in Maharashtra especially in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad to meet clients.

Qualification         : Any Graduate / Post Graduate or above with Below Skills

Experience           : 5 to 7 years

Official Travelling Expenses Provided By the Company

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• A background in front-end web development and/or API development.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Redux, AngularJS,  or comparable JavaScript MVC framework.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following client-side build tool: Webpack, gulp, jspm
• Have a good understanding of what good UX and UI design are.
• Experienced in client-side framework/technologies before such as: React, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experienced in using client-side build tools such as gulp, WebPack, JSPM, NodeJS, and other CLI is a plus
• Understand how to get good performance on UI implementation (time to interaction, bundling, and splitting resources)
• Some previous work portfolios would be great.
• Good knowledge of how to use source control systems like git and GitHub.
