We are seeking an experienced professional to drive regional business growth, manage financial partnerships, and lead end-to-end deal execution in the BFSI/Fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth and manage regional P&L
• Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle from sourcing to closure
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
• Structure and execute corporate finance and lending transactions
• Develop and expand regional business pipeline
• Coordinate with stakeholders for transaction closure
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance / Banking / NBFC
• Strong network with financial institutions
• Experience in deal structuring and execution
• Exposure to Fintech / BFSI preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and build application for iOS platforms
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
• Responsible for working on iOS frameworks, Xcode, Swift, Rxswift, Xcode SDK Platform tools
• Responsible to work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

• Building and maintaining operational tools for monitoring and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
• Actively monitoring the health and performance of all systems and performing benchmarking and tuning of system applications and operating systems
• Setting up container orchestration using Kubernetes or other orchestration system for a monolithic application
• Continually working with development engineers to design the best system architectures and solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in our development, test, and production environments

As a Director Engineering, your role & responsibility will include the following.  

• Define the product roadmap and delivery planning.

Qualification & Experience

• 15+ years’ experience "living" with various operating systems, development tools  and development methodologies including Java, data structures, Scala, Python,  NodeJS 
• 8+ years of individual contributor software development experience.
• 6+ years management experience in a fast-growing product software  environment with proven ability to lead and engage development, QA and  implementation teams working on multiple projects. 
• Idea generation and creativity in this position are a must, as are the ability to  work with deadlines, manage and complete projects on time and within budget. 
• Proven ability to establish and drive processes and procedures with quantifiable  metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the development  organization. 
• Proven history of delivering on deadlines/releases without compromising quality. 
• Mastery of engineering concepts and core technologies: development models,  programming languages, databases, testing, and documentation. 
• Development experience with compilers, web Services, database engines and  related technologies.
