• You need to be excited about the problem that we are trying to solve
• 3+ years of experience building applications in Kotlin
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Strong Js fundamentals - You should be able to contribute partially to our existing React Native development as well
• Ability to give clarity and communicate well with the team, including Product, Backend and Dev-Ops (if and when needed)
• Ability to use profiling tools well, getting to root causes of bugs fast
• Ability to pick and work on adjacent technologies if and when required (Eg: If the best performance monitoring solution needs a basic firebase setup, that should not be a blocker for you to go ahead and do so)
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes
• You need to be comfortable working in a remote environment (Good internet connection and availability on phone is needed)
• Deep understanding of android architecture

Job description

• Partner with Internal stakeholders across business units (i.e., sales, finance, Catalog, Customer Service) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with managerial, and executive teams
• Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with Stakeholders for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations

Required Candidate profile

• Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for 2 to 9 year(s)
• Preferably Masters in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar relevant filed
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Critical thinker

1.      Core Responsibilities

·      Review, suggest and implement enhancements/Bug fixes to the ServiceNow platform.

·      Work closely with other IT teams to help implement integrations from other platforms(like Monitoring tools: Nagios, Prometheus, Sematext, Dynatrace etc., )  into the ServiceNow ecosystem.

·      Attend important business meetings to gather information around projects pertaining to ServiceNow.

·      Help to maintain and improve the CMDB by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the correct data is being maintained.

·      Help to manage the platform to ensure a reliable seamless user experience.

·      Develop and maintain service catalogue items by collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.

·      Support the banks audit requirements around the ServiceNow platform by helping to provide reports and audits as required.

·      Support audit requirements and compliance to standards

·      Should have knowledge on creating customized Dashboards & Reports

·      Automation using ServiceNow (like Major Incident Management, Incident Reduction, Problem Management etc.,) , if any

·      Should be able to drive Service Improvement Plan’s in optimizing ServiceNow platform on their own

·      Maintain the company’s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations.

2.      Experience Requirements

Essential:

·      4 to 6 years previous experience in ServiceNow administration OR Technical work on ServiceNow design and implementation is essential

·      4 to 6 years previous experience in delivering ServiceNow projects (new modules, improvements, enhancements etc.) is essential

·      4 to 6 years previous experience or equivalent qualification in Service Now ITSM & ITOM is essential

·      8 to 10 years overall experience in IT is essential

Desirable

·      3 to 5 years’ experience in orchestration, service mapping is desirable

3.      Knowledge Requirements

Essential

·      Very good knowledge of Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Change Management, Problem Management processes

·      Very good knowledge of ITSM and ITOM practices is essential

·      Detailed knowledge of the ITIL/ITSM Best practices is essential

Desirable

·      Good understanding of CSDM is desirable

·      Good knowledge of the ISO 20K, 27K, 9K is desirable

·      Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies used in a banking domain in desirable

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis

2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales

3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals) 4. Ensure

minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team 5. Figure out new channels

to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same 6. Regular evaluation of

the sales team through test and measure their performance 7. Improve the sales efficiency of

the sales team

8. Tracking MoM performance for each of the field sales team

9. Work on the reports for the management and ensure data sanity

10. Real time handling the objection during sales and assisting the field sales team when they

are in front of the client

11. Share feedback on the pricing, policy change and other circumstances which may cause

downfall in sales numbers

12. Conduct motivation sessions with team to keep their moral high

Digital and Technology Architecture

• Head the digital transformation and innovation projects from idea generation to new ventures in close collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners
• Present the vision & value of proposed architectures and solutions to a wide range of audiences in alignment with business priorities and objectives
• Plans tasks and estimates for the required research and volume of activities to complete work
• Own and assess non-functional requirements and propose solutions for Availability, Backup, Capacity, Performance, Redundancy, Reliability, Scalability, Supportability, Risks and Costs models
• Provide strategic guidance to teams on managing third-party service providers in terms of service levels, costing, etc.
• Drive the team to ensure appropriate documentation is developed in support of value realization
• Lead the technical team and head collaboration between Business Users and software providers to build digital solutions

Enterprise Architecture

• Ownership of overall Enterprise Architecture including compliances and standards
• Head the overall Architecture blueprint and roadmap for  applications aligning with Enterprise Architecture
• Identify important potential technologies and approaches to address current and future Enterprise needs, evaluating their applicability and fit, as well as leading the definition of standards and best practice for their use

Data Architecture

• Ownership of overall Data Architecture including compliances and standards
• Head the overall Architecture blueprint and roadmap applications aligning with Data Architecture

WHAT YOU DO:

• Interface with business customers, gathering and understanding requirements

• Interface with customer and Genesys data science teams in discovery, extraction, loading, data transformation, and analysis of results

• Define and utilize data intuition process to cleanse and verify the integrity of customer & Genesys data to be used for analysis

• Implement, own, and improve data pipelines using best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering)

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Data Science or Data Engineering

• 2+ years of hands-on experience performing statistical data analysis across large datasets writing highly optimized SQL queries and utilizing Python (NumPy, Pandas) or similar software (Primary)
• Expertise with major statistical & analytical software like (Python or R or SAS) - Primary
• Experience in Snowflake, Tableau, Elasticsearch, Kibana and real time analytics solution development will be major plus (Secondary)

• Should have the application development background of using any contact center product suites such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco etc.

• Expertise with data modelling, data warehousing and ETL/ELT development

• Expertise with database solutions such as SQL, MongoDB, Redshift, Hadoop, Hive

• Proficiency with REST API, JSON, (AWS/AZURE/GCP) - Primary

• Experience in working and delivering projects independently. Ability to multi-task and context switch between projects and tasks
