About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on AI/ML Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role focuses on building production-grade AI-powered applications using modern Generative AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), backend technologies, and orchestration workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills along with practical experience working with LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement LangChain and LangGraph-based LLM workflows.
• Build and manage Vector Database integrations for embeddings and semantic search.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent applications.
• Create reusable backend APIs and AI orchestration services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on AI solution architecture and implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Integrate AI services into enterprise software applications.
• Contribute to prompt engineering, embedding optimization, and workflow improvements.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on software development experience.

This is a practical implementation-focused role. Candidates will be evaluated based on real-world AI engineering experience, project ownership, debugging maturity, and practical understanding of AI workflows. Tutorial-only exposure to GenAI tools, LangChain, or LLMs will not be considered sufficient.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a hands-on AWS Cloud Engineer to support day-to-day cloud operations, automation, and reliability of AWS environments. This role works closely with the Cloud Operations Lead, DevOps, Security, and Application teams to ensure stable, secure, and cost-effective cloud platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and support AWS production environments across multiple accounts
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and support CI/CD pipelines
• Support Amazon EKS clusters, upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Build and manage Docker images and push to Amazon ECR
• Monitor systems using CloudWatch and third-party tools; respond to incidents
• Support AWS networking (VPCs, NAT, Transit Gateway, VPN/DX)
• Assist with cost optimization, tagging, and governance standards
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Lambda, and Systems Manager

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ALB, CloudWatch)
• Experience with Terraform and Git-based workflows
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / EKS
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Scripting experience in Python or Bash

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales solution engineering in a Supply Chain / Sourcing / Operations domain environment

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience conducting technical discovery sessions, client demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) with enterprise or mid-market clients

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience in solutioning, configuring, and implementing techical demos of SaaS products

Mandatory (Company) - B2B SaaS in Logistic Tech, Supply Chain Tech, Operations Tech, Retail Tech, ERP etc

What you will do

• Develop high-quality software based on the technical design provided by team lead
• Adherence with software development processes. Demonstrate problem solving skills, and attention to quality and detail
• Perform code reviews and unit testing, validation, and verification testing of program modules
