Inside Sales Executive

Position title: Business Development Manager :

Summary - 

A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse market trends, develop competitive strategies, and to promote the company's products and services within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Mechanical Face Seals (MFS) and Radial Oil Seals (ROS) across target industries:
• Identify opportunities for MFS/RSS account growth and upselling, working collaboratively with clients to introduce new products or services that align with their business objectives.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through market mapping, OEM engagement, and distributor networks.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

OEM & Key Account Management

• Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and major industrial customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
• Ensure long-term customer retention and account growth.

Technical Sales Support:

• Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable sealing
• solutions.
•  Coordinate with Application engineering and product teams for:
•  Product selection
•  Custom seal design
• Application validation
• Failure analysis
• Present technical product capabilities and advantages to customers.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

•  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Identify emerging opportunities in new sectors and geographic regions.
•  Analyze customer requirements, pricing trends, and competitor product offerings.

New Product Development Support

•  Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) inputs for product improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams on new product introductions.
• Support product testing and validation programs with customers.

Customer Service & Problem Resolution

•  Address customer concerns relating to:
• Product performance
• Delivery issues
• Work with quality and application engineering teams for corrective actions.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data.
• Track KPIs such as

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced degrees or certifications in business development, or a relevant field can be advantageous.

• Exp in business development roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector for min of 12 -15 years

Geography to cover and Travel requirements

• PAN India customer base. Willingness to travel across India (depending on the segment/customer base) frequently or as & when required.

• Internal engineering community, including R&D, Manufacturing Operations of both plastics and elastomers, and Aerospace.
• Cross functional work with parallel systems upstream or downstream to the engineering toolset.

• Qualification: Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Experience: 12 -15 years

• We want a candidate from Bangalore/Karnataka; we can look for a candidate from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala. Other Location candidates will not be accepted.

• ·       3+ Yrs Solid knowledge of frontend development with a minimum of 2 years of work on ReactJS,/ React native 
• ·       Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• ·       Strong & thorough understanding of Reactjs and its core principles
• ·       Experience with popular Reactjs workflows such as Redux
• ·       Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• ·       Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• ·       Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• ·       High coding standards - understanding of test coverage best practices & test pyramid concept
• ·       Familiar with Continuous Delivery approach
• ·       Experience with Distributed and Concurrent Systems, knowing the tradeoffs between stateful/stateless and synchronous/asynchronous architectures
• ·       Passion about technology and its relationship with product and user experience
• ·       Ability to work independently - identify problems, create plans and implement solutions to them

Job description

The primary role of this position is to receive final product design from Figma and then create pixel perfect UI in React Native (iOS, Android & Web App). It is of highest priority that communication is clear and transparent. The successful candidate must have the ability to self-manage each task not requiring a large amount of detailed explanation to complete.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms and Web App.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms and Web App.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Skills

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript (and TypeScript) language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of (functional or object-oriented) programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
• Fluent at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ)
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
