What You’ll Do
Influencer Discovery & Relationship Building
- Identify and onboard high-potential creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X—especially in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, and food.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
- Maintain an active pipeline of diverse influencers aligned with brand values.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from briefing to publishing.
- Develop clear briefs that communicate goals, brand tone, and creative direction.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality influencer content across platforms.
Content Governance & Performance Tracking
- Review influencer content for brand alignment, messaging, and visual compliance.
- Track, measure, and report campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, and conversions.
- Generate insights and recommendations to consistently improve campaign performance and ROI.
Budget Management & Operations
- Own influencer budgets, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payouts with internal teams and agencies.
- Maintain accurate campaign and cost documentation.
Innovation, Trends & Creative Strategy
- Stay ahead of social media trends, creator formats, and emerging platforms.
- Recommend new partnership ideas—collabs, challenges, tutorials, product reviews, and more.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate brand storytelling through influencers.

- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing (D2C, FMCG, or wellness is a big advantage).
