We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Planning professional to manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves maintaining and updating project planning templates including milestones, deliverables, risk logs, and dependency trackers. You will be responsible for driving regular review cadences (weekly/fortnightly), stakeholder meetings, and ensuring clear communication with clients including MOMs, scope changes, and escalations. The candidate will identify bottlenecks, manage internal and external dependencies, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination. Additionally, the role requires maintaining visibility across projects, managing escalation matrices, and supporting timeline renegotiations when required. Strong organizational skills, communication, and proficiency in Excel and PPT are essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• M.B.A or equivalent in sales and marketing with a B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a IT Project management
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and enterprise systems integration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with capital markets concepts such as trade lifecycle, securities
• settlement, depositories, custodians, and regulations will be an advantage.

What are you required to do ? (Your Responsibilities) :

• Proactively maintain and develop all linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24*7*365 uptime service.
• Engineering of systems administration-related various solutions for our various SAAS products and projects as well as operational needs.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
• Providing technical support to customers for Applications, Operating systems, and networking.
• Will also be the first point of contact for our clients, where installations are placed on a permanent basis, for basic troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Fault finding, analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.

Skills & Qualification Required (Add Value) :

• Graduate - Preferred to have Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• He / She should be familiar with the installation and configuration of Linux operating systems and setup and operation of TCP/IP networking on Linux systems also familiar with Internet concepts including SMTP, IMAP, POP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP and related protocols.
• You should possess excellent communication skills .
• Knowledge of Email concepts, Helpdesk Concept , VoIP Concept , Cloud computing will be an added advantage.

IT Infrastructure Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager / Project Coordinator with strong experience in infrastructure project coordination, Cisco Routing & Switching, ATM site builds and decommissions, ISP vendor coordination, vendor management, and procurement activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Coordinate Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure activities and network deployment projects.
• Manage ATM site build, rollout, migration and decommissioning activities.
• Coordinate with ISP vendors for connectivity provisioning, installation, troubleshooting and service-related activities.
• Manage third-party vendors, including scheduling, deliverables, escalations and performance tracking.
• Handle vendor management and procurement activities, including quotations, purchase requests, purchase orders and delivery coordination.
• Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and action items.
• Coordinate with Network, Infrastructure, Security, Application, Facilities and external vendor teams.
• Conduct project/status meetings and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Manage change, incident and escalation activities related to infrastructure projects.
• Ensure project activities are completed within agreed timelines and operational requirements.
• Support site readiness, hardware/network deployment and infrastructure commissioning activities.
• Maintain project trackers, reports and documentation for stakeholder visibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management / Project Coordination.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching.
• Experience in ATM site builds and decommissioning.
• Strong experience coordinating with ISP vendors.
• Vendor management and procurement experience.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and vendor communication.
• Good knowledge of Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple infrastructure activities/projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience working in banking / financial services or ATM infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and infrastructure operations.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project or Excel.
