• Own the month on month GMV growth for your portfolio of large B2B customers end to end
• Spearhead acquisition and addition of enterprise level educators to your portfolio end to end
• Ensure top-line & bottom-line target completions for your category
• Develop an understanding of the consumer inside-out, build data-driven insights, and translate them into lucrative business growth opportunities for our clients
• Work as a consultant to your client base, actively advising on Marketing/Content/Pricing/Product strategies for customers’ revenue growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new initiatives followed by a regular tracking on their effectiveness
• Plan and implement growth programs within cohorts and proactively monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective measures

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and fellow developers.

We are looking for a Dot Net Core Developer with MVC that will be able to develop and support
existing applications. The main scope of work will include everything from back-end to client-side
code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns. Your primary responsibilities
will be to design and develop these applications. Therefore, it’s essential that you are skilled at
problem-solving, solution design, and high-quality coding.

• Work with AI / Analytics team to priorities MACHINE LEARNING Identified USE CASES for Development and Rollout
• Meet and understand current retail / Marketing Requirements and how AI/ML solution will address and automate the decision process.
• Develop AI/ML Programs using DATAIKU Solution & Python or open source tech with focus to deliver high Quality and accurate ML prediction Model
• Gather additional and external data sources to support the AI/ML Model as desired .
• Support the ML Model and FINE TUNEit to ensure high accuracy all the time.

Required technology expertise :

Qualifications

• Certified as DATA SCIENTIST or MACHINE LEARNING Expert.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and developing our web-app platform which is a fintech platform:

1. Creating the web app using React.js majorly. It includes login, database connectivity with MongoDB, search functionality, session management etc.
2. Thorough knowledge of React.js and frontend web dev.

➢ Experience Building a multi-region highly available auto-scaling infrastructure that optimizes
performance and cost. plan for future infrastructure as well as Maintain & optimize existing

➢ Conceptualize, architect and build automated deployment pipelines in a CI/CD environment like

➢ Conceptualize, architect and build a containerized infrastructure using Docker,Mesosphere or

Work with developers to institute systems, policies and workflows which allow for rollback of
deployments Triage release of applications to production environment on a daily basis.
➢ Interface with developers and triage SQL queries that need to be executed inproduction
environments.
➢ Maintain 24/7 on-call rotation to respond and support troubleshooting of issues in production.
➢ Assist the developers and on calls for other teams with post mortem, follow up and review of
issues affecting production availability.
